The Pharmacist was very kind and helpful with filling an urgent prescription late in the evening. His little cat that hangs around is a cute bonus whilst waiting. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Dennis offers an incredible service to the community and has served our family in times of need, at all hours, on many occasions. Absolute hero.

I can't tell you how happy I was when the pharmacist Dennis had my son's medication for Epilepsy. Couldn't get any anywhere from Anglesey or rd North Wales. Trust me I tried everywhere. Rowlands Pharmacy in Holyhead really let my son down. Ordered wrong meds he's had severe reactions to in past and didn't put his script in and then left him in dire straits on a weekend and were horrible to me. This pharmacist shows that not always a big company is best and doesn't take anything to be kind. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart 🌟

Fantastic service. All the medication I needed given. Very professional service. Only waited 5 min which is better than other big brand chemists. If other chemists let us down again I know where to go and I don't mind travelling if I get the meds I need. Thank you 😊

Really nice bloke, open on Sundays which is super convenient.
I think some of the negative reviews are either during covid which caused a longer wait time, or have misconstrued the owner to be rude. He’s just very focused on sorting everyone out and maybe misses some pleasantries.
Very positive experience overall!

Excellent service. Who else stays open 7 days a week till 10pm every night? This pharmacist provides a service others can't. People complaining about him need to realise that no one else offers the service he does at the most antisocial hours.

Incredible attention to detail - Dependable Dennis

So, I came on holiday short of one of my prescriptions drugs. I rang up and he gave me the number for the "Out Of Hours" GP service. I had to pick my prescription up from here. There was a bit of a wait but to be honest it was my fault I forgot to pack my medication. It was worth the little wait. He was working on his own and no doubt he's making sure that you get the correct dosage and amounts...then to here he works 7 days a week including all bank holidays!! Maybe a slow service but he's making sure that you are getting your emergency prescriptions...

Very good chemist, you can always pop here when your local chemist is closed. They are open late, a hard working man helping people in need. Great
