SPAR Bodelwyddan

Bodelwyddan's Spar Foodliner seems to be operating on a different level than the rest of the "fleet", and features attributes more in keeping with a larger supermarket than a convenience store. Proximity to Glan Clwyd Hospital likely helps preserve a healthy footfall to encourage depth and breadth of stock, and it helps to have a Subway on site together with a Costa outlet across the car park. Clean, well kept - what's not to like?

Very nice store well stocked, good offers, a deli in there and a Subway which we will definitely try next time we go in, got some meal deals, and a few other bits very handy after going to the hospital too,
The lad on the till was very nice, friendly and helpful was in there 6th of July in the morning

Excellent shiny new SPAR. Has a post office, Subway and very good collection of food. Helpful staff

After having quite possibly the worst day of my life, I went to the spar to get some things before heading home. I was feeling really down and I was distracted so couldn't think straight. I got to the till and the girl who served me was so unbelievably friendly and helpful, it really helped turn things around. I don't remember her name but she had blonde hair and I think her name badge began with a C. The friendly member of staff on the till definitely deserves a pay rise. Thank you spar for being amazing!

Great little shop with everything you could need, including two take away options (one being a Subway) plus a hot food stand. There's a Costa to go (although there is a DT next door) and the infamous Tango Ice Blast machine. Nice friendly staff makes it one of my first choice small shop choices.

The Subway in this Spar is the best one i’ve been too. The two lads on the front are always so nice and happy. They offer a great conversation and always put a smile on my face every time i go.

Really nice deli inside food was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. Got talking about dogs while i was waiting for my sandwiches and she put a couple of sausages in for my dog. How nice was that.... The shop should be thankful that they have a great team of staff. 11 out of 10.

Has a Costa machine (sadly, the main Costa was closed) and a fresh orange juice machine. Staff were nice. Shop had good range of vegan chocolate, which was awesome.

The most helpful, friendly and polite Subway staff I've ever come across. Setting the standard for the rest, top guys.

Very helpful friendly staff, and easy to reach/shop at (although i preferred the previous village location as theyre now a tad further away!). Post office is open later hours which is also very convenient for work stuff.

Convenient place to park and grab food. Couple of options plus what you can buy in the spar. Costa coffee machine near front door. Easy access for all

We were in a rush so didn't get much time here but it's a lovely well stocked shop and the lady on the till was very helpful and friendly.

Some of the staff are amazing, and very helpful, having been in a few times, but you always get that one Karen server which you'd wish wasn't on but overall great atmosphere and very helpful

It's April the 22nd at 18:34 and I have just exited the new spar in bodelwyddan after purchasing a subway and what a delightful experience and lovely pair of lads working on the subway counter ...keep up that energy ,friendliness and excellent customer service it's a rare find 🙂🙂

Great Spar and handy off A55.Needed baby wipes and they stocked them. Pleasant check out girl.

Love this little diverse shop. They have everything you need in one place! Never a long queue and good parking

Idea if you just want to get off the A55 for a snack or fill your campervan larder. Also ideal if your visiting or having visited Glan Clwyd Hospital

Great shop with local subway inside too. Lots of hot and cold food. And essential items. And non essential.

This place is awesome they have a cracking hot food counter and a subway we had the Sunday Dinner it's was lovely and only £4.79
