Wear decent footwear!! especially if it's been raining. It gets very muddy and slippy. The mud can and does have the ability to suck the wellies off your feet!
The scenery makes it so worth it. It's about an hours trek if you have little ones with you. It's about a half-hour trek without.
The locals use the pool as a swimming hole in the summer.
Beautiful in all seasons.

Excellent shady walks for those of all abilities. Small car parking area. Lovely waterfalls. Perfect for a dog walk or a gentle wander. Lots of interesting plants and fungi.

Nice little walk in the valley...

Due to the drought the waterfall Was tiny and the witch Pool not recognizable.

Some stairs are really high and hard on the old knees.

Great place for a family walk. Gentle slopes, labelled trails, lots of places to walk alongside the stream and a beautiful waterfall at the end.

1 hour to do the loop. Parking for 3 cars at the gate.

Great walk through a well maintained track in the woods down to the waterfall.

Lovely valley with a swirling little river sneaking under some fallen trees and surrounded by almost unscathed nature. Plenty of scenic views, in a very quiet area. Waterfall is great, and you can follow the river down from it (or up). Quite gentle walk but the section from Waterfall to the Quarry is extremely steep. Great experience but be warned however the main parking at the main entrance will accommodate 3 maybe 4 cars. Couple of more places along the *very* narrow (I mean barely 1 vehicle-wide) road. Worth considering leaving the car at the very bottom of the road in town.

Nice walk through a charming woodland. Not too strenuous, though certain parts of the trail do get slippery when wet. Parking is unfortunately tricky, with only a few spots available right off a very narrow lane.

Warning ⚠ ⚠ you will love the place 😂
There are 3 trail one of the trail is wheelchair access.
Though I would say if you have car please just park down the residential area or follow the parking sign. Do not attemp to go up on the starting point because very limited spaces for car ( 3 to 4 cars I believe)

Was on holiday just down the road and thought we'd check this walk out, although the full route was restricted due to ash dieback it was a very pleasant experience and the waterfall we saw was splendid. Would definitely go back when the full walk is open again as what we saw was great and I can only imagine it would be a lovely trek; take a camera as the pictures will be ones to print!

Such an amazing waterway with small waterfalls and nature at it's best, it is unspoilt so if your going to visit please leave this beautiful walkway the way nature intended it to be.

First time visiting with my family. You will need wellies or walking boots as some paths are uneven and muddy.

Such a gorgeous, quiet hidden gem. A choice of two paths on more level and easy going the other more challenging and uneven. A stunning place I hope to visit often.

Visited on a weekday and car park was full (only allows 3 to 4 cars) so we parked just down the lane and walked 5 minutes up the hill. There are a couple of different tracks to follow and well worth the walk to the waterfall. Allow about an hour there and back to see it. Definitely not pram friendly and when it's wet the track is slippery. 100% worth a visit here. No on site facilities.
