I was on a night shift for my first time visiting Shrewsbury, that was finished earlier than expected. The night shift manager Tracey and her colleague Alison went above and beyond to get me a room. In the early hours of the morning. The customer service I received was exceptional.

What a pleasure and grateful experience I received from both members of staff

Had a great couple of nights/days here the check in was good. Room was comfy had, a river view. The restaurant was nothing special a little expensive but OK. Car park is £10- 24hrs overall we only used it to explore the city.

Had the up-graded room, well worth a little extra. Walk in shower, coffee machine, as always super comfy brd. Staff here are helpful and friendly too. They still need a new bar top, it looks scruffy and doesnt add to the look of the place.

Visited from 18th =21st july 2024 Staff were excellent ,friendly&helpfull .Rooms were lovely and clean .Nice having a comfy double bed and because it was so hot it was nice being able to use the other type of single bed/sofa that was in there.Only niggle is that they didn't sell food all day In Wales where we live ,we can go in to any premier and get a meal .A member of staff explain why .Had a breakfast the first morning .Lots to choose from but the cooked breakfast was cold and we were down between7=7:30am .It put us off having it again ! Car parking was difficult at times as there was quite often no spaces left if we had been out for the day, But I would definetly stop here again for the location .

We have just had an enjoyable 2 nights at the Premier Inn Shrewsbury .
The Carpark was tight but very reasonable at 10 pounds a night.
Checkin was easy, nice double room on the second floor. We did not eat there, but had a couple of drinks at the bar, which were good quality. Ideally located for all Shrewsbury has to offer, minutes from everywhere and on the riverfront.
Highly recommend.

With a Premier Inn what you see is what you get. It's in a good spot near the bus station and the railway station as well as the town centre. It's clean and relatively
cheap. Don't bother with the breakfast.
There is tea and coffee in the rooms.

After a weary day of travel and forgetting it was bank holiday, we had almost given up. After spotting the premier inn, my partner suggested we ask just on the off chance, thankfully we were assisted by the most helpful and marvelous Tracey!!!!.
She is a credit to the company and we will be back.

Excellent nights stay at this hotel. Kate the receptionist is a great asset she covered reception then served our drinks at the bar. Later she served us with our evening meal which was beautiful. Then at 7 in the morning was back serving breakfast. All done with a smile on her face. What a lovely helpful person. Bedroom was very clean tidy and excellent bed as always. We will be back next time we go to the theatre which is a few minutes walk.

Love a Premier Inn. This one is in a great location in a beautiful town. Parking was extremely convenient and good value. Rooms were constantly exactly what you expect and why we use Premier Inns. The staff were all lovely too.

Had a fantastic stay at this town centre premier inn. Stayed in their new premier plus rooms which I would highly recommend as they as amazing with a really nice shower room the whole room was very modern. We went with some friends and they had one of their older rooms which was nice but I am glad we chose to pay a little extra for the plus room as just the feeling of the rooms are very different. The staff were really nice too even the cleaners asked if we wanted anything in the morning when we left for breakfast which you don’t get really anywhere else. The breakfast was delicious with an amazing choice I think we will definitely be coming back especially with the theatre so close too but will probably choose to come by train as the roads aren’t great.

We had a premier plus room which was really spacious. And the shower was fantastic. I struggle getting in and out of the bath so this was a lot better for me. The only downside was even with the heating full on it was cold. But it was -4 outside. And they didn't have the snacks and water in there as advertised. But the girl on the desk soon put that right. We had a really enjoyable weekend.

This hotel is in a perfect location, it overlooks the river and is only a 5-minute walk from the town. There's a car park here which is £10 for 24 hours.
Staff are really lovely, have a look out for Garry, he's really helpful.
Both the breakfast and the dinner were really nice, I especially liked the ice cream sundae!!
My bed was extremely comfortable and I had two really good night's sleep.
And if you fancy a cocktail, there is a lovely bar across the road, called The Terrace, highly recommend it.

Had a lovely friendly welcome from Tracey and Alison when I checked in after midnight last night, I had spent the day in A & E and then was discharged from hospital and couldn't get home as was late at night, they asked if I needed anything and if I was ok which was very much appreciated, the room was clean, modern and it was just so nice to get into a lovey comfortable bed.
The train station is a few minutes walk away so an ideal place to stay if your commuting by train

Me and my wife have just finished a night away in this absolutely brilliant Premier Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we had a ground floor room which we heard no noise from the opposite road. People have mentioned that this hotel is old and tired, it is not. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, sausage was fantastic, bacon perfect, and they were offering fresh fried eggs due to it being quiet. The morning staff in the restaurant were very accomdated, pleasant and very helpful. We are extremely happy with our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you, Premier Inn Shrewsbury 😁

I stayed here whilst I was working and booked myself a premiere plus room and was blown away with how spacious the room was. The room was beautifully decorated and had added extras such as a mini fridge and a huge bed. The view from the window was incredible, you could even see the river Severn from laying in bed as it had a huge floor to ceiling window. I had lunch and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was perfectly cooked and super tasty. The staff were all very welcoming and very friendly. I had a fantastic stay... my only pick would be the parking,...it's super expensive at 15% of the cost of the room, which is crazy! But plenty of spaces, right by the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Massive thanks to the staff.

Just come back from a visit to Shrewsbury. We stayed at the premier inn town centre and glad we did. The minute we entered to the minute we left we loved it the staff are fantastic. The receptionist on Wednesday afternoon was great she allowed us an early check and let us request a front facing room we had breakfast the following morning and it was really nice we never had an evening meal as we had plans but definitely will when we return

I stayed in a Premier Plus room here, for the first time. It was well worth the small extra charge compared to a standard room. Everything in the room was well designed, using top quality materials and the extra features, such as the refrigerator, ironing board, rainforest shower, coffee machine etc. made a big difference. It was like staying in a very good 4-star hotel, at a fraction of the price. In addition, the welcome at check-in was friendly and efficient.
