Really friendly service from Linda, not at all pushy and let us go away and think about it. We used the sleep match bed, which I thought was great, and we were given pillows to use when trying out different mattresses.We were offered drinks, which was a nice touch. We decided to purchase from Dreams and looking forward to it arriving.

Extremely helpful staff, especially Linda and Brandon. They were both really friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options.

Visited Dreams bed shop today and received great service from Ollie. He was very knowledgeable, polite and considerate. He spent time showing us the right mattresses for us after we used the sleep machine to determine the correct level of comfort and support needed. We purchased a mattress and it comes next week. Happy customers!

I had the best customer experience today. The lovely lady, Nicola, that advised me in store today, I was on a budget and knew the support I need. Nicola had the perfect mattress in mind, asked me to lay on a clever mattress, that showed the areas that make the most contact with the bed. With that information, guided to me to 3 options within my budget and helped me think through the different benefits of each one. I walked in there slightly daunted by how the experience may be, and walked out feeling like I'd been given the best advice, the best customer service, and the best deal. Hands down, 10 out of 10 all the way.

We booked an appointment online and went along to the store as arranged. Our Sleep Advisor was so pleasant and helpful, also very knowledgeable. After having our comfort requirements assessed on the Dream Machine, we tried and chose our mattress which was just what we wanted at a great price.
We even bought a pair of quality pillows to go with our purchase. The overall experience was easy, with good advise and no pressure.
This is our second mattress from Dreams and is our first choice when we need to replace.

Only comment I have relates to the lack of any detail regarding the manufacturers guarantee. I was pointed to the web site which states rest easy with 10 year guarantee but gives no detail.
I would have expected this basic but important information to be attached to the confirmation order.

Really friendly service and some very good advice - honest and not at all pushy. Not too impressed with the computer imaging technology, but extremely impressed with Linda and her assistance. A really nice experience (and I hate shopping!).

Had a very good experience today at Bexhill Dreams Store with Nicky, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me to decide which bed was best for me, even a biscuit for my doggie!

Went in to look at some beds as my wife and I needed a new bed. The service is outstanding. The have a sleep analysis computerized bed which will analyze your posture and recommend the ideal combination. We bought bed and mattress and are totally satisfied. The assembly was undertaken by the dreams team, at a cost, which I found outstanding. They delivered and assembled in about 30 minutes, whereas it would have taken me hours. £50 assembly was worth every penny.

Tried the Sleepmatch machine, pretty high tech, scans your body, matches you with a suitable mattress for your body/weight etc ... Great customer service.

Helpful staff and very friendly helped my nan find the perfect bed and mattress without making it cost the world. I had my son with me and to keep him entertained he was able to draw and colour in. They also made us tea and gave my son a cup of juice. The man even did a magic trick for my son. 10/10
