Typical Tesco superstore.
Every foodstuff you want and more at great prices.
The only difference is, this store is managed by some really nice people. I experienced this first hand and would like the management to know they are really appreciated for going the extra mile to satisfy customers requirements...

Yannie is a credit to the company.He is the security guard who helped me recently(he organised security tag to be removed from top I had bought my granddaughter)but I feel really concerned how so many of our operatives are having to cope with shoplifters.As a retired deputy head I know teenagers and Bexhill-on-Sea seems to have an overabundance of teenage shoplifters who blatantly steal.I witnessed a case in the B and M store,I faced them and told one of the workers,the police do nothing!!!!!!!

The store is very,very well managed.

September 24 , shop there 2 / 3 times a week , store is always good , staff are lovely there , friendly and professional. The manager, Chris, is friendly, and I hear him thanking his staff, which is excellent to see .
It's good to see it getting refreshed. I got all needed , plus great service at checkout, Tracy was very friendly. 5 🌟 again.

The store has been in good shape for many weeks up to Christmas.
Well, stock , good availability, staff where friendly and professional .
Shop just after 10 pm. and got all I needed .
Well done, and Merry Christmas all at Tesco Bexhill-on-Sea.

Better mostly at tills over the last few months, but at times, they let themselves down .

A Wow to Lizzie she a joy to be served by her , she friendly, funny professional makes my shopping trip because being served with a smile and taking time to interact with you is fleshing.
Store in good shape, well stock , clean, and tidy. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 today.

Monday 15th September 22. Only one 🌟 today.
10.30am. Checkouts 🙃.
Tills a joke. It's so disappointing that Tesco is happy to keep customers waiting. Only two tills open and over 8 customers waiting at each till.
The self scan only had half of it tills open . The lady said she was on her own and could not run all the tills as she was also running the scan as you went to tills. Over 10 customers are waiting for a self scan.
Customer Service matters at Tesco ? Don't think so. 🤥 This is not just a one-off.
There were six staff members, plus at the back of the store waiting for a delivery. I was told that not one person came from anywhere in the store to support the checkouts.
Customer Service desk had 3 staff there and no customer.
I would say they are always friendly and helpful.
Rest shop was 7 out of 10, and checkouts were 1 out of 10.

July 22. Only 3 stars 🌟 tills a letdown.

In the last few visits , the store been OK, but checkouts are a bit of a wait each time , they call for more staff, but no one comes to help the checkout team.
Discuss wait at tills with store manager.

Nice store , got all I needed.
Don't like the way Tesco offers for club cards holders a bit of a pain , just do offers.

Michael who works on the till when you check out was friendly and kind. He helped me with my new phone to scan the club card. He is always friendly and smiling. Michael is a credit to your store. Two thumbs up!!

Went to the pharmacy last night after being at the Conquest Hospital in urgent care with my Husband. Arrived five minutes before closing and instead of being turned away, the wonderful staff Kathy and John stayed behind just to fill my Husbands prescription. What an incredibly kind gesture I thought to stay behind when their shift had ended!

The young man I believe his name was ollie he was absolutely amazing and did wonders for me, his ability to correct anything in the store was impeccable and seemed to manage his responsibility’s perfectly along with others aswell, definitely management material or shift lead whatever is on offer!

Great store always well stocked shelves and plenty of good fresh products. It is good to see more British produce on the shelves. Prices have risen and I am not sure why milk has doubled in price I just hope the farmers are getting most of the increased price. The carpark gets busy so avoid busy times if you can. All in all a great store.

Just popped in for a few bits and changed my mobile supplier over to Tesco mobile from EE whilst I was in there.
Very pleasant staff, especially Lewis, who did all the work for me.

Saw a lovely handsome young man outside ravenside today in the car park near tescos keeping his eye on a seagull after it had been attacked and waiting for medical assistance. This polite employee did wonders for the tesco name showing that their employees do amazing work not just inside the store but outside aswell. Truely amazing.thank you joe

Nice large space, friendly staff, when you can find them. Reasonable prices.

I left some shopping in a grey back on the back hook of the trolley, drove off and forgot it. To my amazement, when I returned Harry who worked on the trollies had put it behind desk in store. Amazing honesty and service 👏

Great store plenty fresh quality food o ly downside the car park can sometimes get very very busy

My wife's 65th birthday today, the 2 lady's on customer service sang happy birthday to my wife, made her day that little bit more special well done girls.
That's what I call customer service.

Having visited the store the other night. I was in need of some direction. There was this lovely lady called Gemma who couldn’t of helped more. Thank you again for your customer service.

It is an immense and very impressive store. The car park is very big. It is a classy superstore that has everything. There is not much else to say.

A huge thank you to the staff that helped me with my nephew today (29th July) he wasn't feeling well and you helped him and myself to get him to the car and fix my shopping for me. Excellent customer service

Bought a toshiba tv ..£138 back in May...stopped working after a few months.( lots of complaints on line about this model having start up problems) , fobbed off by customer services on the phone to call toshiba.they took it away and it has come back a week later , no replacement offered meanwhile, and guess what? ...it still doesn't work...Tescos say it's toshibas responsibility ...they want to collect it again but I'm refusing and written to shop manager as advised by citizens advice...so watch this space ...I was told by Tescos if I return the tv to the shop and demand a refund I will be removed by the police...it's only 6 months old and I started reporting problems after only a couple of months .REMEMBER..ALWAYS PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD NOT DEBIT AS I DID ..I could have taken more action if I had done.
JUST BEEN DEALT WITH BY Sarah the manager ...excellent customer services ...changed this review to 5 starts ....it seems the store staff are more reasonable than those on the phone.

Only went in for a kettle, as mine was leaking. Time I'd got to where they were,I'd somehow picked up a few bargains on the way!! I personally like that store, to the bigger branches,can usually find what I want there,that I can't get iny local Tesco Express. Pleased with my bargains.........oh and my kettle!!!
