Dartmouth Arms

Ate here for lunch on a weekend trip down south. Food was incredible and worth every penny. Menu was varied with lots to choose from. The crab cakes and cheesy garlic bread were highlights for us! A real cosy pub feel with a great selection of drinks. Perfect for all the family!

This is truly a very nice pub! Small and very local, proper cosy atmosphere! Dog friendly. The food is great and they provided kind service. Great variety of drinks and delicious local ales!
Strangely, it seemed our dessert order was forgotten as it took ages to come; it arrived eventually and it was complimentary due to the mistake...thank you guys!
Highly recommend!

Lovely people and fantastic food. Fish and chips, pulled pork burger and sea bass special all excellent. Great value too.

This is a really nice little bar, tucked away at the end of town. Food was decent - seafood sharer and fries perfect for two for a light lunch, but the visit was made for us by the excellent customer service (22/5). Will happily recommend to anyone

Great traditional pub serving great food, by friendly staff. All four in our group chose different meals and none were disappointed.

Came in for evening food with my wife and 2 children and we were not disappointed. The food was superb! And the service even better! We ordered 2 of the chicken burgers which I am told was juicy and tasty, a Mexican burger delicately spicy and I had the seafood basket, which was delicious! The food was plentiful and came with all the sauces. Would highly recommend. Will definitely return if we came to Dartmouth again.

Good food. We enjoyed the seafood basket ( although a little overpriced for the amount you get) and the potato leak soup.

I had a roast dinner here back in September and it was absolutely gorgeous. I am quite fussy with my roast dinners that says a lot! The staff were lovely and there was a nice cosy atmosphere.
Would definitely come back if I was in the area!! :)

Love going to Dartmouth. The Dartmouth Arms was lovely as ever. Friendly staff and good food and drinks.

Dog-friendly inside which is great, it’s a fairly tiny pub, we were here when it was quiet so tables were easy to get. Good service, the meat pizza was stacked, and pub has character. I think prices were a little higher than I’d like or expect but what can you do, you want places to stay in business right?

We decided to pop to The Dartmouth Arms today, 17/07/23, for a bite to eat. The pub was lovely, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My beer was cold and my meal which was one of the days special, Skate, was absolutely superb! My wife had the Pork Belly special which was also beautifully cooked and presented.

I am a visitor on holiday from Birmingham and would recommend this pub.

p.s. if you're tall like me, watch your head, that said it adds to the charm!

Great pub, great food. Great Staff who even remembered you had come in the day before. Dogs allowed and met a couple of local fishermen who added to the entertainment with brilliant stories. Great few hours spent will be back.

We've just had the most amazing experience, drinks, food and hospitality second to none. Highly recommend their lava steaks, cook it yourself, absolutely delicious all set in a stunning location! Only 5 stars? Deserves 10!
