I have waited a couple of months to add a review to check there were no underlying issues with the Audi A3 I bought. There are none, there was one small problem and that was solved quickly with advice on the phone.

The staff at this family run garage were an absolute pleasure to deal with and at no time did I feel that I was being treated in the normal pressure sales way of other garages. From start to finish I felt like a valued customer, despite never having dealt with them before. I would happily go back when the time comes for another update to our cars despite it being 90 minutes from home.

Waited couple of weeks to post this review to see how the car runs. So far no issues and the car feels brand new tbh. Martin seems like a great guy to do business with. Will update if something comes up

Bought a Seat Leon FR from Matthew and Martin on Friday.
As a female buying a car I still find a lot of garages can be very patronising, not these guys.
From start to finish their customer service has been amazing, both taking the time to answer my questions, offering me a no quibble refundable deposit as I live 3 hours away and couldn’t get up to view it for a few days.
When I saw the car it was exactly as advertised and fairly priced. Again they take the time to go over everything with you, ensuring you are completely satisfied before you buy.
Buying the car was an easy process, even once the sale had gone through they took the time to go over the car with me, making sure I understood the car before I left.
The after care customer service is just as good, with staff going above and beyond. Thank you Matthew and Martin, I love my new car and will be back in the future to buy a car for my husband.

I highly recommend this garage. Buying experience was great, they were all very friendly. Unfortunately 6 weeks after buying the car the slave cylinder went, which is quite a big job on the car I had bought. You hear so many horror stories about warranties, so was worried I'd have problems. But not at all, they were so apologetic that it had broken down and got it fixed with zero quibble, and they even delivered my car back to me. I couldn't recommend this garage highly enough, they made the experience so easy. I would definitely buy from them again.

Brought a hyundai tuscan from them... all the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything that needed to be done was done and the car is perfect. Highly recommend this company to anyone that wishes to buy a car!!

Bought a Vauxhall Antara from them nearly 5 years ago and just been back to get a new car. Martin was very welcoming.. showed us around the car we wanted and left us to have a look round it.. no hard sale etc.. then gave us the keys to take it for a test drive..all very good. Got back and sorted the finance side very easily.. booked to go back and collect a few days later. The buying experience from these guys is second to none..can't recommend them enough.. First of all my wife bought a car and now my elderly mother has purchased one too. No complaints whatsoever, buying both cars was a simple straightforward process. From part-exchanging the old cars to sorting finance information on the computer to finishing up paperwork the team went above and beyond the call of duty for us.

This is a lovely, easy to use and very honest garage that I will continue to recommend to anyone looking for a car.

Great service & nice to deal with. Had to return with a slight issue with warning lights. They sorted it out with no problem.

Superb. Very helpful and friendly staff. I purchased a Hyundai i30 back in January 2023 and had a long drive to the garage as I don't live local to the area, and they made sure the vehicle was prepped and ready for me when I arrived, plus they had just put an MOT on the car too. I also had to sell the current car I had and they very Kindly sent someone to follow me down to We Buy Any Car (which is a good 20/30 minutes drive away) so that I could sell my car and bring me back to the garage. That is definitely and literally going the extra mile for their customers, so thank you very much and will look forward to seeing you again in the future when I want another car.

Purchased a car two months ago and mechanically it’s great. It had a really annoying humming/vibrating noise that got worse with speed. Was really hard to detect what it was as it was something fairly simple. But after they looked at the car for a third time they found the cause and it was a simple faulty Clíp. It’s fine now and I can enjoy the car. Thank you for your patience and determination!!
