We loved this gastro pub in Port Eynon.
Great food a lovely selection. Delicious mussels.... picture is only of half as i couldnt wait.
Dog lounge inside for rainy days and a nice garden for the sunny ones.
Pint was average price for a seaside destination. Great service. Thanks everyone .

We've been coming here for 8 years. We've always had good grub but over the last couple of years we've found it a bit pricey so we only have a few pints when we visit.
We were so glad we visited today. The food was delicious, the price fair and the service excellent. The rib of beef in bourbon was beautiful. Please keep it on the menu.
We will be eating regularly there from now on.

Nice place with good food and outdoor seating. Popular place for holiday makers in the village. It’s advisable to book a table if eating as it fills up fast. Local ale sold here. Good beer garden and dog friendly. No car park.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Quirky pub toilets, very clean and own personal space. Food was great, served in good time. Holiday destination pub very pleasant, definitely worth a visit.

Super place to stop for a meal during your costal walk. The staff was quick and helpful. We had gammon, which was delicious and tiger prawns with salad and chips. The salad was a bit too vinegary for my taste but maybe it’s just me. We tried a selection of beers and they were exactly how we expect British beers to be: warm, as if diluted, no gas ;) It’s not meant as criticism by any means, this is what beer is like in this country;) The atmosphere was friendly. Dogs were many and warm welcomed.

Loved our beers in this pub after half of our day's walking. Good music playing, amazing smell of food being served but just a really nice, pub.

Going back tomorrow for my Birthday meal.

Great pub with a reasonable size bar, Large games room at the back, and a very nice restaurant. All share the same menu which is fairly limited, but there is a specials board. They do not serve sandwiches or light meals the only option being a starter. Food quality is excellent. There is.plenty of outside seating, no sea views but the beach is only 200m away. Very friendly staff.

A quiet pre-Christmas visit, to what is essentially a summer pub.
Well kept Cwrw Braf and Gower Gold on handpump. Nice unpretentious pub food, served by helpful, charming bar staff.

Not something I’d normally mention; excellent unisex toilets

Visited three times over a busy warm weekend in early May. Good range of beers including local brews which were very nice- recommend the Gower Gold.

Staff working hard. Ate here once. Salthouse burger was excellent as were side of onion rings.

Dog friendly in bar on right as you go in and outside. There is another bar/dining area to the left.

I wish this was my local.

Eaten here twice this weekend, really lovely atmosphere. Child and dog friendly. Fresh fish available, locally sourced. Had a beautiful pan fried Brill tonight, with samphire and crushed new potatoes. Yesterday the kids had chicken nuggets (proper chicken breast cubes) and chips when we arrived, which was gobbled up immediately. Would definitely recommend a visit if your stopping close by.

This pub is very close to our accommodation in Port Eynon and came highly recommended. We were not disappointed with a good variety of food and drink on offer and a very friendly welcome. I went for the beer soaked cod and Kate had the scampi. Both arrived very quickly and were superb. Followed up with a spicy crumble and custard which was huge. Very dog friendly and Fernie went to sleep under the table. Will definitely be eating here again!

Found this pub online and booked based on the reviews. It didn't disappoint. Nice locals, dog friendly and the food was above general pub standard. Professional young bar staff who were helpful and attentive. It also serves food on a Sunday evening which we struggled to find elsewhere in the area. Will definitely be returning on our next visit to the Gower 👍

After getting turned away from the Worms Head Inn as they wanted us to sit out in torrential wind and rain as we had dogs. We found this lovely little pet friendly pub close-by. The manager was so welcoming and friendly that he opened up a closed up area to seat us with our dogs in what was a very busy evening at the pub. The staff also matched up with the hospitality and friendly environment. The pub seemed like a usual gathering point for the locals around. Everything in there looked immaculate and cheerful. The specials board had some lovely dishes and the regular menu too. The food was served very quickly after our order. The food was warm and delicious. Very well presented plates. The drinks menu had lovely local brews and some popular drinks too. Overall thos uas become our regular joint for whenever we visit Gower. There is plenty space to park your car around here. We parked in lane a few yards from the pub on the left. But there are some street parkings also available. You can take your dogs in as well. Better book in as it is quite busy most of the time.
