Wyld clwb offered a unique dining experience. The table setting looked amazing. Jasmin explained about her ethos of her cooking, local and foraged. She also explained each course in detail. You will not have tasted vegan food this good.

I booked Jasmin from wyld club for our neurons and nature festival. I do follow a plant based diet and am obsessed with foraging so i thought I'd enjoy the food, but I was absolutely blown away by Jasmin proactive organisation and problem solving in the lead up to the event, her communication was incredible, her humour and calm helped keep my stress levels down, and on the day she and her phenomenal team just brought that extra bit of magic to everything they did. It was so delicious, nutritious, wholesome, filling, good for the belly and for the planet. They worked tirelessly to have everything ready on time, served with beaming smiles, and just brought that extra bit of joy to the day. Wish you were in Bristol!

Jasmin and her team at Wyld Clwb had the unenviable task of feeding a huge group for lunch and dinner at the Neurons and Nature Conference at Down to Earth, Murton Swansea- but what an incredible job they did! Everything was perfect- from Jasmin’s menu, the incredible flavours, beautiful colours, emphasis on sustainability and low-waste. The team were also lovely and so friendly, and happy to answer questions about recipes and ingredients. Would highly recommend in a heartbeat!

I attended an event catered by Wyld Clwb last week, where they provided lunch and dinner. The food was delicious, plentiful, beautifully presented and wholesome. I don’t follow a plant based diet but would happily if every meal was like that! The desserts were especially tasty. The whole team were lovely and worked so hard. I’m gutted I don’t live closer so I get get more Wyld Clwb food.

I was at an event catered by Wyld Clwb last week. I wouldn't usually follow a plant based diet, but I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by the food which was absolutely delicious, and visually very appealing as well. The staff were all so lovely and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

The December supper club by Jasmin was every bit as enjoyable and imaginative as the previous one we attended.
Delicious, locally sourced food used in beautiful recipes and enjoyed in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
It was educational to be told about the origins and ingredients. A deservedly successful venture.

I spent a day with Jasmin and the team at the Rowan Tree on their joint 'Seed to Plate' day. We did some seed sowing and foraging and learned about growing and eating naturally. The homemade plant based lunch was exceptional and in the afternoon we made our own kale and dandelion kraut to take home. A great day and very inspirational. Thank you!

We went on a one of the wyld clwb / we are woven foraging mornings in March and it was a great experience from start to finish. We weren’t sure what to expect but both thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the plants around us (and what not to let the 2 year olds eat!!). It was lovely to be in the company of like minded people.
The food following the forage was superb. So very tasty and both leaders were happy to answer our questions. We left learning a lot more than we expected.
It’s an experience I look forward to again. I hope to join you again in the next sessions!

I would highly recommend a meal with Wyld Clwb. It is an incredible experience, both from a culinary point of view, but also bringing together local communities through food. Jasmin, the chef, sources her ingredients locally, some foraged, some fermented, some from local farms and shops. Jasmin is very knowledgeable about her ingredients, putting together unusual but delicious combinations. Before each course, she tells you what you are about to eat and drink - she makes all her own non-alcoholic drinks to accompany the dishes too! My favourite dish was whipped fava beans, wyld fennel carrots and carrot top pesto.
This was definitely one of the best meals that I have ever had.

Jasmine hosted our seabirds Christmas dinner and it was outstanding. All food was locally sourced, vegan and gluten free. It tasted amazing and the presentation was outstanding. No food like this is available on Gower an amazing experience.

This was my first time at Wild Club. I went with a group of friends and we all really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was warm and fun. It was great to have the wonderful food and hear about the wild and locally produced ingredients in each dish. I'm looking forward to going again.

I’ve attended two sessions of Wyld Clwb and each time it’s been fantastic. Jasmin is so knowledgeable and creates some amazing treats from her finds. Cannot wait to book the next one!

Every mouthful a joy and the ambience was lovely and festive. An opportunity to meet new people by sharing lovely food together. The hosts were welcoming and knowledgable and explained the nature and provenance of each course.

A magical evening, a delight for all my senses. I felt the earthy, grounded nature of each part of my dishes, even the pottery was exquisite. Truly honoured and inspired. Thank you with love & gratitude

I truly enjoyed every second of this day. I left feeling alive and restored. It was lovely to spend the day with such knowledgeable hosts and of course with nature. I highly recommend.

What an amazing night! The effort and details that goes into making each dish is incredible, and eating it was a true delight.
