Premier Inn Bournemouth Central hotel

Great customer service!
We stayed for one night at this Premium Inn and were very happy at its location and cleanliness. It’s super close to the beach and within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.
What made our stay top notch was the service we received from Monica, the manager in charge on this very busy and hot weekend.
We had made a booking error and this could have turned our holiday with our two young children extremely unpleasant but her care and calm nature helped us out tremendously, allowing us to enjoy our break away.

This is probably the best Premier Inn I've stayed at. The premier plus rooms have a balcony and a large amount of space.

Staff were always available to help and went the extra mile to provide a lovely stay. The staff in the restaurant were very accomodating and kind at all times.

My wife requested vegan sausages most mornings and within minutes they were freshly cooked. Breakfast is the usual high standard you would expect from premier inn.

Definitely recommended!

All the staff were so attentive and great customer service. They always remembered our orders!! always provided everything we needed during our stay... very kind and friendly staff..We stayed for a week. Really enjoyed our stay ...we got the balcony room and it was a lovely beach view . clean rooms, great food in the hotel ...only down side was the lift not working!!

Great place to stay, very close to beach and pier, approx 150 meters to shops and great cafes. All of the staff were polite and very helpful ....special mention to Mat the duty manager who was very professional and a credit to the Premier inn logo. Deffo would return again. Thank you.

Such a good location, the staff are so amazing and helpful. I loved the view from my room. This is my second time staying at a Premier Inn, and I can't wait to stay at another branch. The only problem for me is the vending machine, it's quite expensive.

The room was great. Had a seaview room overlooking the pier. Staff were amazing & even printed out a couple of tickets that I had left at home. I would definitely book this hotel the next time I visit Bournemouth.

This is the Premier Inn Central so you are close to everything. There is no onsite parking is a pain, as for a 24 hour stay it's over £25 and if I understand correctly you cannot renew this and have to find another car park, but I'm waiting to see if this is correct

We stayed overnight for a show at the pavilion across the road. The room was fantastic. Clean and large. It was an accessible room with the bathroom being a wet room. The bonus was we had a balcony which had great views across the city. The staff were very professional and friendly. They were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much. The building is incredible with a rich history including a stay by The Beatles. We will most definitely stay again.

Excellent comfy bed, spacious clean bathroom.
Breakfast and evening meal was first class .
Customer service from all staff was spot on perfect! Even when short staffed.
We will certainly return .

Could not fault this place! I stayed here for 1 night as I had my graduation. The location is great as it is just around the corner from the town centre/ Bournemouth square, and very close walking distance to the beach, and there is also restaurants and an arcade super close on the same road. My room was very spacious, and was equipped with a kettle, hair dryer, and plenty of towels! Room also has plenty of plug sockets and USB ports including ones either side of the bed. The staff were super friendly and the whole building was spotless. I left for my graduation quite early in morning and therefore checked out early, thankfully the reception staff allowed to me store my luggage downstairs until I was ready to pick it up so I didn’t have to take my suitcase to my graduation, very helpful and convenient. If I’m ever back in Bournemouth again I will for sure be booking! My advice for anyone booking here is to check if there is any events going on at the Pavilion or at the BIC because if so book early and don’t leave it till the last minute as rooms go fast. Hope you all enjoy your stay as much as I did!

Remarkably good. Very good service all round (only slightly spoilt by a very slow check-in, but that was probably caused more by the guest than the hotel staff). Fair prices. Very good room. Overall, better than several other P Inns that I've stayed in. Recommended.

We had a lovely 3 day stay here last year for our beach trip to Bournemouth. We had a lovely clean, bedroom with a balcony which had a nice view of the beach a short distance away. There is a car park out front, pricey but it is popular Bournemouth after all. There is a lovely park across the road that leads towards the beach which was lovely to walk through. Staff were helpful and polite. Tiny lifts!

Can't fault this Premier Inn. The room was spacious and very quiet. The reception and hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. The location is brilliant, only a 2 minute walk from the sea front. The only issue is this hotel does not seem to have its own parking. We parked in the BIC car park (around a 5-10 minute walk) this cost £20 for 24 hours.

Within walking distance to the beach, arcade, pubs and shops. Lovely big family room with a sea view balcony. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Great selection of cooked and continental breakfasts.

The best Premier Inn I have stayed in so far. The room was much bigger than average, and had been recently refurbished. Having a balcony was certainly a welcome surprise and with a view of the Pier and beach it was very pleasant. The restaurant was equally pleasant and breakfast was well stocked. Value parking is available from the nearby Central Car Park at £5.80 for 24 hours. The town centre and beach are just a short stroll away.

The hotel and location is brilliant. Ive already recommend it to family and friends

We wanted to have a couple of days away before I started a new job and this fitted the criteria. We had a sea view and a balcony looking towards the pier. The room was a good size with a powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and there was a good choice of cereals fruit and fried breakfasts, fruit juice and coffee. We went in February but had beautiful weather for the time of year.

The location was fantastic, with a great sea view from 8th floor balcony. The room was excellent, with plenty of towels in bathroom, and a large comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate to my disabled wife.

Have just got back from staying at Premier Inn Central. Ideally situated had a lovely room overlooking the sea. The big draw back that after 11 pm a lot of noise and shouting from the street below which went on until roughly 7am in the morning. We had a window open because the room was hot. Probably in the winter months you would not have the window open.. There is air conditioning but was not really working
