adidas Outlet Store Murton

Visited Dalton Park store 24/2/24 & wanted to give feedback for the lovely customer service I received from one of your staff on the shop floor. The young Asian lad you have working for you is a credit to your store (sorry I didn't get his name). I noted he stood back to allow me past him, which is uncommon these days then I later asked him to check something for me and he was polite, fast and so helpful. I'm not one to give out compliments to just anyone but credit where credits due! I have tried to send feedback on line but they're only interested in the website so I do hope he gets this compliment! Well done!

A very good shop for your adidas clothes and prices are quite cheap compared to what you’d get online with sales. They have football tops in there too for very cheap prices

Bought a couple of tracksuits for the kids very reasonable prices will visit again.

Great selection in available in store

Went in last week and we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady who told us that there was a special offer on that day. We went back today to exchange an item for a larger size. This lovely friendly lady (her name is Mary) then went out of her way to make sure we got the correct sized item.
I would most definitely recommend a visit to this shop for great value goods and customer service that goes above and beyond the norm.

What can I say, the 3 stripes at knock down prices, whats not to like. I've often come away with 6 items for £20. I also experienced the best customer service here by a lady called Mary who is just so friendly, helpful and great at what she does. I would say her alone made my experince in there one of the nicest and easiest. If only every shopping experience was like this! I'd definitely return and recommend it to anyone.

When they have stock of good quality football boots there prices are half what the website are.

Fabulous store, great choices for all ages, and some great savings on rrp prices, covid measures in place, customer limits followed to prevent overcrowding and to help stick to the two metre rule, hand sanitiser on entry, we'll managed and very safe to visit.

Found the trainers I wanted, pulled the correct size box out, tried them on and went to the till where I then got an unexpected discount, 👍

The choice of clothes and trainers are quite good considering it is an outlet store. The staff are very chatty and seemed willing to help out and even advised us on a current offer that if you buy 2 items you got 20% off both.
