Iceland Supermarket Sunderland

Been to Iceland the other day and Christine who works there is FANTASTIC. She is very helpful and her customer service skills are 10/10 she is brilliant a credit to the team, so polite and friendly and went out if her way to find me stuff and explained all the deal Iceland had.
I've been to Iceland a few times and one member of staff called Linda is VERY rude, her customer service skills are lacking to say the least.

Will definitely be back to Iceland and hopefully Christine is in. 10/10.

Small Iceland but we'll stocked. Went for chicken skewers which are delicious. Pure protein.

I love this little Iceland. Always well stocked. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Handy location on the way to several place for me. Parking is easy and the shop is rarely packed so you can take a slow stroll round. The layout is easy a straight up and down.

They have everything you could need.Especially Slimming world meals.x

The staff are great and not everything is frozen 🥶 fresh produce is available and loads of offers. Easy parking for disabled customers and they have a reward scheme too.

This Iceland is local store in ryhope, Sunderland. Easy to get to. You can buy things from £1.£2.& £3 . They also do a delivery service aswell. The staff are very friendly & helpful, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone living in this area for sure.

I love Iceland it's reasonable the staff are friendly. Plus its not far from where I live. I like the seasonal themes it has like for summer they'll offer BBQ packs ect and Christmas offers they also do the Slimming World promotions as well. Just one thing that would make Iceland complete for me would be to have a dairy free section in the ice cream!
