Couldn’t fault the service we received from the lady who took measurements. Waheed who gave good advice and was patient and made sure we were happy with the design. The delivery guys and Florin who installed the kitchen . We love our kitchen and the design makes everything so much easier . Our magic corner is brilliant totally recommend.

From start to finish Wren at Rushden Lakes were just great. Lots of suggestions for the layout as we were making big changes. Good advice about all the options and no pressure to spend more than our budget. Can’t fault them. Thrilled with our kitchen.

We were very well looked after by the Wren Kitchens team at Rushden Lakes. The kitchen designer listened to our needs and designed a functional, attractive kitchen at a reasonable cost.
The showroom at Rushden Lakes is very well equipped and there is a large range of units, colours, flooring to choose from.

Can't fault them. Oliwia in particular was lovely, helpful, happy to make changes to my design when needed which was a lot. Can't fault them. I didn't use their fitters etc so can only comment on the kitchen itself which looks incredible, fitter had no issues, a few handles were damaged but wren sent new ones out no issues.

Had a missing handle for our kitchen which was noticed a few weeks after fitting due to having to wait to get the integrated washing machine delivered and fitted, WREN were quick to send out a new one with prompt delivery and no hassle at all, Thankyou!

Great experience from start to finish. I didn't use the fitting service as I had my own fitter. He found fitting the kitchen extremely easy as everything was supplied. Good quality units and nothing missing. Customer service extremely helpful too. Would highly recommend.

I would recommend wren kitchens to my family & friends if they were after a new kitchen. Good value, good communication from start to finish. Our designer worked to our budget and didn't try and get us to have a higher end infinity design and instead told us about the easy fit model which looks great even though it's the cheapest model.

We had their appointed installer who I was in regular contact with about the installation and the subsidory work we got them to carry out. We also took their waste collection which made it all hassle free in getting rid of our old kitchen and the waste from the new one.

Go and have a consultation with a designer at a minimum and let wren turn your dreams into a reality.

Our designer was very friendly and couldn't do enough for use. She searched for door handles when they didn't have quite what e wanted. she amended the design when asked and was able to suggest ideas from her experience.
The fitters were brilliant, and even made me a bread board from left over worktops.
I have been using the kitchen for a couple of months and it works beautifully, I love the pull out drawers and cabinets.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wrenn from my experience with them.

We ordered a wren kitchen for 3 rooms, kitchen, pantry and utility room. It was a large order and we did have some damaged items which after contacting Wren the customer service team were on hand to support and get replacements arranged.

I would use wren again for supply only as we don’t need fitters.

I wasn’t going to consider Wren as I thought they were too expensive. But on the off chance we went in. We were greeted by Charlie who really took the time to listen and understand both what we wanted and what we were concerned about price wise. We sat with him came up with a plan, looked at different possibilities and we were amazed that we could have everything we wanted within our budget!
Everything from that point was streamed perfectly.
Measuring, customer support, delivery and after sales have been great. We are delighted with our new kitchen and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend

We are delighted with our Wren kitchen. The showroom staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for the designer.

The delivery team was excellent amd despite a couple of incorrect items, this was put right straight away and was no problem at all.

We used our own kitchen fitters so cannot comment on that but with regards to the buying and after-sales experience, we couldn't fault them. The quality of the kitchen is excellent too. It was the first time our fitters had fitted a Wren kitchen and they were very impressed with it.

We had a good experience from Wren from design to delivery of the kitchen. The design team were really professional and took our needs into consideration when putting our rendering together. We used an independent carpenter who made comment on the good quality of wren kitchens compared to some other major retailers. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and style of our kitchen.

Great coffee - so you stay as long as yu need to create the ideal kitchen, spend time and effort to create the look and feal i wanted. The finished result is fabulous

The whole experience from going to Wren Showroom at Rushden Lakes to the completion of the kitchen installation was great.
All the people from kitchen designer Hollie to the team at Lifetime Installations were very helpful and everything progressed on time and according to plan. We would have no hesitation in recommending this team

He explained everything very well,pandered to all my changes and there were a fair few. everything has happened on time, replacement unit about to arrive for the damaged one ...we are in the middle of fitting right now so finished picks to follow soon

I purchased my Wren kitchen in October 2019 and had my own fitter install it. To say I am pleased is an understatement, I am soooo happy! The buying process was fabulous at the Rushden Lakes store, and Conor who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. Delivery was quick and although I didn't opt for Wren to fit the instructions etc were very good. There a few additional bits required along the way and customer service was very helpful and sorting these out for me efficiently. I would definitely recommend Wren if you are in the market for a new kitchen! Thank you!

Very impressed from start of project to finish. There were a couple of minor issues around delivery dates which quickly got sorted by Wren. Our kitchen is stunning and we've received lots of positive comments. It took about 4 weeks all in all including initial installation, templating for quartz worktops and glass splashbacks, installation of these and connection of appliances but it was well worth the wait. Our kitchen looks so lovely that I'm reluctant to use it now!

A very comprehensive and thorough planning process. Large range of options and value for money. After delivery any issues were quickly ironed out without fuss. Worktop installation very good. Recommended.
