Friendly staff, usual Starbucks menu. Comfortable brand new building and decor.

I go here at least once a month and the staff have always been friendly and pleasant when I've visited. Food can be a bit hit and miss but the drinks are reliably good.

Young lad in there, very friendly and extremely helpful. He doesnt get tea drinkers in there so he'll know what customer i am. Lad will go far with his completely inoffensive manner and customer service skills. I was in there 1 and a half hours on my own. He made it less boring as i was waiting for my lift. The lady was chatty too but i dealt with him. Cheers guys

Tried the new Forget Me Not. Really refreshing tastes a bit like peach. Very mild orange and vanilla back notes. Definitely will buy again

Very good. First chance I've had to visit. Quite newish...... Clean, well laid out, nice comfy seating. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have been coming here as often as I can get here now. It's just the best Starbucks I visit. ☕👍

I love going to this Starbucks. The workers are lovely, the drinks are always top notch and l have started coming here so much that l even downloaded the Starbucks app and have gotten 2 free drink rewards due to now much l visit! l love it and how modern it is inside too!

Great coffee. My cappuccino was fabulous. All the usual Starbucks choices much closer to home. I used the drive thru, which was fast. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the better Starbucks that I've been to. There is provision to sit inside, but due to restrictions, this can not be used yet. A great place to grab a coffee in Rushden.

Medium size branch, around 40 seats, a further 3 benches outside. Range is usual Starbucks, service was quick, 4 staff members visible on duty. Drinks fine and as ordered. Good range of seating from armchair style to bar type areas. Room to work on a laptop. Free WiFi. Clean toilets. Drive through efficient when I've used it.

Pricy, but absolutely excellent customer service

Like most of these coffee shops the coffee is a bit pricey but good what keeps us comming here is the amazingly friendly staff that make us feel so welcome
