Brilliant all over. Bike rental a piece of cake. Just book in advance. We had some bikes of ours, some rented. Them guys are a bunch of super happy to help, including mending one of our bikes for free. Can't ask for more. Will always go there again and again.

Lovely people! They helped me out when I was a bit stuck on a bike packing trip around the Lakes. Turned up at the bike hire place in the early morning before it opened on a bike packing trip where I had repaired a flat tyre and found my pump wasn’t working properly. They opened up the shop and let me use their pump to get myself moving again without asking for anything in return. Really nice people and I much appreciated it. Many thanks!

Brilliant service, very friendly and helpful. We hired E-bikes (never used them before) and they were perfect. Still get plenty of exercise but get to see soo much more. Some great routes all off road. A thoroughly good experience

Stopped at Biketreks Grizedale with a suspected puncture in my tubeless tyre. The staff were mega friendly, mega helpful and knowledgeable.

Helped my purchase the right kit and showed me how to use it and filled the tyre to seal the repair.

Dan & the guys at the bike shop went above and beyond when my free hub went and I was stuck there at the start of a 3 day weekend of mtbing. Luckily they had the right part and after we fitted it, the bike was running sweet again... and it has saved my weekend.. Thanks guys.

Well run bike hire centre. E-Bikes were great for a less strenuous way of getting up on the trails and taking in the great views.

Had a great cycling around the Grizedale forest tracks. My wife and I hired e-bikes, they were ideal for a bit of cycling fun. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Definitely come back next time we are in the area.

Visiting lakes, bike stuck in gear on hills limited tools. Took a chance and took road bike to these guys more than happy to help me out on morning 5 stars for accommodating me at short notice all nice guys extremely helpful. Good coffee and cake a bonus

Great service and friendly staff. Spectacular views of Lake Coniston and clearly marked trails so very difficult to get lost. Ask about a cafe or pub stop loop when hiring.

BikeTreks Grizedale - A great experience from start to finish. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, great bikes and a great location too.

Excellent service from the workshop. A great experience dealing with a warranty issue and regular service work at the same time.
Not only did they see me same day to diagnose the warranty issue, they scheduled the work to really help me with a fast turn around and get me back out before summer ends.
And don't think I didn't notice you'd replaced my frayed/knackered rear derailleur cable. I didn't ask you to change it but I had a big smile when I realised you'd just done it and hadn't even told me :-)

Me and my girlfriend rented two bikes and took the recommended trail around the area, we loved it very much! It was great fun, so much that I think of buying myself a pair of these ebikes to explore around where we live.

The staff were also all very nice & helpful, highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in with a back brake problem that I was throwing money down the drain for and he had a look and diagnosed straight away. Now sorted. Great selection in shop too.

Fantastic shop with really friendly and helpful staff. Arrived with a problem with my bike. They checked it over immediately and quickly diagnosed the issue which unfortunately couldn’t be fixed on the day but gave me clear written advice about what needed to be done. Then hired a bike from them which was great to ride and in excellent condition. Staff set it up perfectly for me and gave our group clear and detailed advice about where to ride around the centre. Can’t recommend this place highly enough

Great advice on trails and good bikes. Not cheap but we loved it. I had a minor cycling accident and was cleaned up and looked after. Thoroughly recommended. Thanks.

A great location to hire bikes. There are a couple of different kinds to hire from Mountain bikes to E-bikes and kids bikes. £25 each for a standard bike for 3 hours is a little steep, but worth it for the ease of not having to take our bikes from home.

There are many routes to take, whether a novice or pro.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and gave helpful advice about the trails, pricing I think was fair as the bikes were good quality ( we had two specialized rockhopper 29ers) and they gave us an extra hour. Would definitely recommend!
