I had fishchips and mushrooms Stilton melts. It was really great. Price and service were also satisfied. 2 for 14£ meals I would strongly recommend.

Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant helpful staff. Plenty of choices on menu plus specials board. Tasty food , cooked to perfection. Large portions. Dont park in main carpark which has unreliable cameras. Park opposite this carpark at side of houses.

I cannot explain how lovely the staff were tonight. The food was tender and lovely and the service was above and beyond would recommend to anyone

The food here is very good value,and very good food , plenty of it and very tasty. The question always after having a meal is , will I come back? Yes is the answer without doubt.and just to add a bit of dessert to my comments, yes they were good as well . The only drawer back is the off street parking only two hours before you must pay or get a letter in the post. BUT THESE TYPES OF PARKING PLACES MUST BE A PET PEVE FOR EVERYONE. JUST TRY DROPPING SOMEONE OFF AT AN AIRPORT!!!! The JOLLY FARMER is well worth a visit. Well done

We both had a special board meal today bacon&liver mash&3Veg Delicious 😋🤤hot and a good portions, good value for money, staff very friendly and polite will definitely be coming again

Very Very Good Value, the food is excellent, a very good choice of mixed types of food, they also have a wide variety of ciders and beers, not just the run of the mill. There potions are well above average. The atmosphere of the pub is very good, the Staff were on point.

Great pub! Food served daily - burgers, etc. - which is good quality and offers value for money. (Breakfasts on weekend). Children allowed up to 9pm only. Pub quiz on Sunday and Tuesday with cash prizes. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent service.

Cosy, friendly atmosphere, wonderful home made food with friendly, courteous staff. Perfect for a drink on a lazy Sunday afternoon and not always necessary to book. Children and pets are welcome and there are plenty of quiet bays to places to 'escape' to if you prefer privacy.
Have been to the Jolly Farmer several times and will continue to go even though I no longer live in the area.

An impromptu family lunch for 7 on a recent Saturday afternoon. Nothing changes at The Farmer. You can always guarantee excellent service and consistently good quality, well cooked food. Nice pub. Good staff. Party food is basic buffet but menu looks good. Some good guest ales and ciders 👍🏻

Comfortable suburban pub which met all my Monday lunchtime needs. Admittedly, they comprised 'being open' and serving a nice pint of cask at the difficult hour of first thing in the drinking week. Clearly pulled through and spot on pint of Stancill. Not everywhere gets these things right at the same time. Interested to see gamma ray on draft rather than neck oil. Adventurous! On a good pub bus route

Real authentic English pub with good atmosphere, the staff is polite and attentive. If you want to spend a nice evening and experience the pub vibe, don't hesitate, it worth visiting it.
