great experience yesterday 16/8/23 at this store , I took in 53 games and 6 controllers to sell and the woman that served me was very patient. Very friendly and knowledgeable, please pass this message on if possible as she deserves a thanks

Good for giving a second life to unused games and technology, rather than just sitting in draws.

It's always great to visit this CeX, pick some oldies and enjoy the unique atmosphere.

Needed to buy a new phone today in an emergency. Ash was amazing. Really helpful and patient. I would recommend this store to anyone. The guys really know their stuff and it's clear how hard they work. Thanking for making a stressful situation easier.

Very helpful staff. Prices are good, I found a 5 dvd set of Shogun for £5 which was a excellent price I also pickup a kindle for £15 both in excellent condition.

A little store, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always around to help find things. The only down side is when you're trying to look at something in front of the till as that's where the queue is.

Took my son in as he had loads of wii u and ds games to sell. The guy who served us was very patient and gave us a fair price.

Superb service from both Ellis and Matt at the Crystal Peaks store.
I needed a second hand phone for my mum who has dementia, so a very personal purchase.
I explained she needed one that she was familiar with and easy to use. Both Ellis and Matt went above and beyond in their customer service.
They looked at ways to block certain sites, researched safeguarding policies and really put my mind at ease.
Both young chaps were very understanding, helpful and a credit to the store.

Can spend hours in the shop looking for more games to add to my ever growing game Collection

I always love shopping in this store. The staff are attentive and friendly. Aiden is always helpful and Sarah helped me buy a phone on my last visit, answering any questions I had. I would pick this store over others in the local area as it's much more well kept, though sometimes they look like they could use a couple of extra staff members to handle queues.

Superb service by the team today helping me with a problem on my old phone and sorting me out with a new one. Big shout out to Jessica, Aleesha and Sarah especially, couldn't ask for more! 11/10

Went to trade in some games I got with a console , gave me the price listed on the site no quibbles . Staff helped me out , can’t fault them .

Staff are really helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty good especially if you're ordering less popular stuff online like old dvds

This is a really good place to trade,buy and sell. I sold my phone here and got a really good amount, it is better than eBay. There are games,electronics and game consoles here and posters. The staff are nice and understanding and you can find good deals here on Wii games and DS games.

I love this shop same items can be overpriced but on the whole great prices for all sources of entertainment from games consoles, phones, tablets, games and dvds. Also give fair prices on trade ins if items are in good condition

One of the nicer stores that I have been to that have really knowledgable and nice staff.

A lot better than some other franchises I’ve been to in the area.

Buying a mobile phone. Used this shop many times and service has always been good. This visit was on Saturday about 4pm. It was still busy.
