Nice little shop , good availability, reasonable prices. I got the essentials I needed and was served by polite friendly staff 😊

Got all my shopping i needed. Clean tidy store. The older members of staff that have worked there years are lovely and polite. The younger ones are just ignorant and not very pleasant

This is a great sho for food choices.
And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant store and always plenty of options also spend over certain amount get same day delivery instead of taking all shopping back with you and doing it and stressing yourself out.... Brilliant shop and reasonably priced for shopping..

I go every 6weeks .its one of my favourite places.when I have go my dancing feet done

I try not to shop too regularly here as it's a Junk Food dream! I ended up treating myself to TGI Fridays Barbeque Ribs which are gorgeous for £6. Usually I go for frozen veg and fish/prawns. It's surprising how well stocked this little store is - You'll get all your fresh staples and store cupboard items as well. And it's convenient for the bus station - When you can't walk home with twice as much food as you planned! Frozen food is heavy. Take a shopping trolley.

As a wheelchair user it's a bit awkward navigating aisle baskets. Staff were pleasant.

Located in crystal peaks shopping mall plenty of parking and easy access for disabled.

I can always get what I need and more. Good prices and good quality. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Crystal peaks lceland is really good store and there staff are really very helpful and friendly and polite I hope that never have to close this store down for good

I like Iceland. The Crystal Peaks one is a good shop.

Great I got lots of deals. Most items as 3 for £10 or better. I only went it to buy 1 item and spend £16 in 7 tens. Fantastic.

Lovely staff, fruit is not very good every pack of grapes I picked up had mould on them the fruit never lasts till the date ever

I used to do most of my shopping at Morrison’s and switched to Iceland about three years ago. The home delivery is a must for me. It is so easy to shop and get my delivery later. The staff at the Crystal Peaks store are great. If I ask for anything they are all very helpful and because I am there every week I like how friendly they all are to me. Also when I tell people about some of the different products they are amazed as they seem to think all items are frozen which of course they aren’t. Good quality for a good price.

My wife and I visited this store , found staff most helpful and polite when unable to locate an item we were guided to the item and asked if we needed anything else. This store on one level plenty of variety of frozen and fresh produce, service quickly sorted , social distance not too good but that's due to individuals not keeping distance but all wearing Face Mask so not too worried yes we will visit this store again great value for money .
