We had a lovely meal there, prices were fairly reasonable and a good choice in ales, the staff were very friendly, lovely and clean with good toilets, and a large area for children to entertain themselves, plenty of parking nearby free.

Beautiful place. Stayed in the haddiscoe lodge. Which has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. If you live in the city and need some peace I highly recommend coming to waveney Inn to relax. Super peaceful and the views from the lodge are stunning. Canoe and kayak hire at three rivers which is only a 5 minute drive. They clean the hot tub daily and prices are very reasonable.
Kitchen is so nice to cook to it. Second time I've visited and so glad I did.

The restaurant and bar was great, fabulous service, Patrick was front of house and very accommodating, great service and spotlessly clean. Lunch was great with good outside eating area overlooking the marshes. Swimming pool was fine, overall staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable nice shower..

Spent a lovely weekend here, we had the chart room, with a queen size bed, lovely shower, and lots of space. The staff were so friendly, and the cooked breakfasts are one of the best I've had! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, its such a pretty place, would definitely visit again.

We stayed in one of the lodges for a week, winter off season so the pub was open 3 days that week, we popped in the first day it opened that week and was greeted by the chef and was made a lovely full English breakfast, he was very nice to talk to as we talked about the food, the full English was very well presented and tasted lovely, was not greasy at all. We then popped in again that day for dinner which we booked, the staff are extremely friendly and polite and very attentive and can't do enough for you. The pub has a good amount of tables and is very clean with a fresh look and feel to it, the food is very good quality and is cooked just right, the prices are pretty reasonable as well as their drinks, they had a winter menu when we went which was just the right size. The portion sizes of their food are very generous, I would highly recommend this place for their food and lovely friendly atmosphere. We went back again for breakfast and dinner for the last two days to try other dishes on their menu and just couldn't fault it, they also ask if you have any dietary requirements as well. If your have a starter I can highly recommend the halloumi fries in a crispy batter with sweet chilli sauce, extremely addictive! people should support this place as it's a little gem.

We have visited The Waveney Inn on a number of occasions over the past few years, as we have family locally, and find it a convenient location to meet for lunch.

There is plentiful parking in a really pleasant location, near a historic 'wedding cake tower' church.

We have always found the welcome to be warm, the service prompt and efficient, and the food reasonably priced, fair value and to a good standard, not forgetting generous portions. The restaurant is child friendly, with a good sized play area a minuets walk away.

Toilets are a good size and clean.

Hope the owners keep up the good work, and we will continue to return several times a year.

There were four of us and we booked a table for evening meal. We had four different dishes and we all said that they were delicious. Desserts were also excellent and the service was very good with helpful and attentive staff. Will definitely return again.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The amenities at the Inn were excellent. Enjoyed walking around the marina. Scouts were being taught how to pilot rib boats and other boats came along the river. Would highly recommend the Waveney River Centre. Walked to the medieval church, St Mary's, Burgh St Peter, just a three minute walk from the Centre.

A relatively remote accommodation. The pub/restaurant is a different business. Very peaceful location. Food from pub good. Room in hotel good.

Clean, warm, lovely rooms, very spacious and comfy bed, staff very friendly and helpful. Helped me put enormously with enabling me to eat safely, I have strange but severe food allergies which Alicia was very efficient at organising everything for me. A fabulous base to explore Norfolk and Suffolk.
