Currys

After buying three items to find one was faulty, I contacted Currys to arrange a return and replacement. The item was returned and no replacement given, I called customer services four times and got nowhere at all, requested to speak to someone higher up to be told I needed to book an appointment ended up angry and frustrated. I went to the Currys store for help and a lovely lady in store went above and beyond to assist me and hopefully the issue is finally resolved now.

Went in to price up speakers. Very good service. They are very helpful and have the best electric shop in Suffolk. The parking made it an easy task. All wheel chair friendly. I ended up spending a £1000 on new equipment and saved £300 . Very good for hp as well as great services. All layed out well. Can't nock there prices as they have a promotion on at the moment. Where they will match any price anywhere. Price Promise.
Great time to bye. Don't forget the bye know pay later deals on some products. Not bad interest rate.

I brought a kettle and had a very helpful young man. I have got the kettle I wanted. Thank you.

For once had helpful people who knew their products and were very helpful. In my experience this used to be the exception, now it is becoming more frequent. As an encouragement I have the 5 stars this week. Let’s hope they can keep this up…

Good experience and knowledgable staff member Mark in the photograph section Only thing we could not understand was why a bag was not included but not Mark's fault. Partner is doing a photograghy course and Mark seemed to know most of it. Extremely polite. courteous and professional. Thank you Mark.

Awesome staff, they were all very helpful with finding what we wanted, our payment options and explaining the process, will definitely be shopping again. We were served by a lady called Jane, she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The presentation of this store is great. There are lots of devices and tech on display that you can test and read information about there. The staff are helpful if you have any questions. All the furniture in this store is well organised and quite tidy,

I contacted Curry’s live chat service to query a price match on a product to see if it was possible. I was being assisted by Mark who couldn’t have been any better with the assisting of purchasing some Apple AirTags. Checked over the offer I’d seen elsewhere super quickly, was able to give multiple suggestions on how I could complete the transaction to match the price, I opted to do the transaction there and then. We then discussed delivery options and whilst I work a 5 minute walk away from my local store I was informed about free home delivery and the timescale, turned out there may have been a cost but thankfully was going to honour free shipping but then being so friendly, Mark mentioned how close we was in proximity and suggested to come collect in store while I was nearby which I didn’t even think of. So that’s what I done and I think it made the experience even better and was definitely more personal after getting such great friendly help, I was then able to meet Mark and he could put a face to the voice. Very welcoming into the store and can’t fault any part. Thank you Mark of the Lowestoft Store.

Above & beyond customer service. I had locked my keys in my car & my mobile phone had ran out of battery while shopping on the retail park with my 6 year old son. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful & charged my phone to retrieve contacts to get assistance. Thank you so much 😊 Will undoubtedly return in the future to make purchases.

I have purchased from the Currys store Lowestoft twice this year and on both experiences excellent. The customer service in store is excellent. I have been served by Jane on 2 occasions and Luke and their knowledge and patience is brilliant. Their time and care for the consumer is top class customer service. From the moment you walk in store you are greeted with a warm welcome and gain confidence you know your dealing with an expert..... And if they don't know the answer they find it. Highly recommend this store.

After a torrid time with Dyson's repair service which was awful we attended Lowestoft branch with our faulty vacumn cleaner which was well within warranty. We were served by Jane who was nothing short of brilliant. Full refund given plus discount on new Shark cleaner purchase. This was customer service at its best. Sympathetic, helpful, good knowlege and advice, prompt service and no quibbles whatsoever. The whole issue was resolved and we left with a new cleaner in 20 minutes! Thank you Jane for your A1 service, we really did feel valued as customers - you are a credit to Curry's Lowestoft.
