Premier Inn Lowestoft hotel

Everywhere was spotless. Fantastic sea view. Location great. Caroline and Andy are perfect hosts - very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was amazing.

Probably the best premier inn I've stayed in ages, Claire on reception was an absolute star she made our stay very welcoming, very helpful lovely experience 5 stars

Lovely Premier Inn. Room was nice and clean. Ladies on reception were friendly. Beefeater Pub to eat in. This was also good. Would recommend this Premier Inn. 🙂

Great staff, room was immaculate and set up with travel cot as requested.
Plenty of extra towels and bedding too. Would return if ever back in the area.

Nice hotel, well located with lots of parking.

Only downside is no air con, didn't affect us but will be warm in the few hot days we have each year

Chris and Matthew were so helpful at 4am after our night shift working away! Sorted out a late checkout so we could have a few extra hours rest. What legends! #room131

Stayed here on many occasions and will do so again , it's comfortable , warm , friendly and all rooms are spacious and well equipped and with a Beefeater restaurant right next door just perfect , staff are always friendly and helpful , keep up the great work 👍🏽

Lovely room for our family of 4. Staff were outstanding. Nothing was any trouble for them. Even surprised us with a banner, card and presents for our daughters birthday. Lovely touch. Really did go the extra mile. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short, but again, was no trouble and the man on reception was really understanding. Will be visiting again in october and looking forward to our stay here

Stayed for one night on a meal deal.
Very clean large room with a good shower and comfortable bed .
Had dinner and breakfast in the beefeater next door there is also good car parking

Couldn't be beaten ans the restaurant facilities were great.

Absolutely wonderful reception staff, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone I encountered during my 3 night stay was kind and helpful. I would like to single out Claire who is a credit to the Premier Inn chain. The room I was allocated was clean, well appointed and quiet. Well situated for a wedding I was attending in Lowestoft with nearby restaurants and a supermarket. The only issue I had was with the horrible Foxburrow Beefeater next door where I was supposed to have breakfast. After being treated appallingly by a member of their staff and witnessing terrible customer service from other members I refused to eat in there and instead walked a short way down the road to The Potters Kiln Harvester where the experience couldn't have been more different. Shame on the Beefeater for employing such rude and frankly nasty staff.

Great budget place the only downside is you have to walk out of the hotel / outside to go to the beef eater it’s only 20 meters it was fine for me but I know some wouldn’t like it on a + it has all the pluses of a Premier Inn food wise, and it’s made to order not sat around so it’s a five star for me

Amazing location. Staff cannot do enough for you. Rooms spacious and best bed I have ever slept in at a hotel

A decent hotel, exactly what you would expect at Premier Inn.
Staff are friendly and the rooms comfortable. In a quiet area, although not the most scenic.
Food across the road included in the room rate is good.
Plenty of parking, with easy access a short drive to the beach.
A good stop for business travelers

Reception staff were exemplary & happy to help in any way possible. Food is served at The Beefeater Pub adjacent.
The £9.whatever, all ypu can eat breakfasts were lovely.....cooked fresh as ordered & huge selection of continental bteakfast foods.
Lovely nig grass area between hotel & pub,with trees & benches.
Massive amount of free car parking + disabled patking right by reception.
All in all,cost of stay & breakfast was worth every penny!!!

Spent 4 comfortable nights with my husband and granddaughter. The team members were wonderful,so helpful and friendly. The meals and breakfasts were very good too. Very generous portions and good value for money.
