Dunelm

Easily found off of the roundabout.
It's quite a large dunelm, and I've found it to be impeccably tidy, compared to other dunelms I've visited.
The car park outside is large, and free, and Asda is opposite.
Inside at the back right you have a small cafe, and a toilet.
An extremely large bedding section.
Definitely one of the best Dunelms I've been to.

Almost too many choices at greatly differing prices. Got a lovely new set of bedding. Had a very good coffee in the cafe and was amazed to see their offer for free lunch for children!!

Great place to do shopping for house decorations and everything. Plenty of choices and quality products.

The staff in the cafe are absolutely marvellous. Nothing is too much trouble. Harry and I say thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff and found a great bag to take on holiday for only £35

Super helpful staff! Very patient lots of good product knowledge (Lowestoft Branch) Coffee shop open back of the store. Parking is plenty , Good Covid hygiene in place.

Always super friendly and helpful staff. Dunelm is one of my favourite stores for home accessories and kitchen bits and bobs and easy lay out in store for the different departments!
Quick click and collect also online. 🙂

Never been in it myself. I stood outside with the puppy. My other half and daughter loved it though. If it makes them happy it'll do for me. They didn't spend too much either, so all good.

Very nice household items and a cafe for a break

There were only two staff members in the cafe, but the man who served us was so polite, despite being rushed off his feet. We did feel for them, as they were trying to serve an ever increasing queue, cook, and clear tables! They are a credit to their employer and could really do with some more help in here!

Ample car parking. A bright, clean store with an excellent selection of household goods. Cafeteria on-site serving delicious food and drinks.

Thank you to Oliver who went out of his way to help find net curtain that I needed. He pulled out all the net curtains to double check if they had any, checked the stock room if they had any in. During this process he was late for his break, but didn’t care. Unfortunately Gorlestone store didn’t have any but Oliver checked other stores.

Oliver went over and beyond customer service and is an asset to your company.

Fitted the entire house out with blinds, they were easy to install, look absolutely brilliant! I accidentally bought a couple the wrong size but the staff in the store were very helpful, and ever so incredibly nice and professional. We will certainly be going back in future for our other furnishing needs. Absolute pleasure, outstanding service.

I love Dunelm, it's one of my favourite shops. It is the perfect place to shop for all home decor and soft furnishings. The prices are very reasonable too, they have certainly come down and are more competitive with other retailers. I love the coffee shop, the toasted tea bread is the best in town! The coffee is of good quality too, which is great. All staff are friendly and helpful too!

Big shop lot of interesting stuff.

Good choice of products. Everything from furniture, curtains,bedding, and household ornaments. There is plenty of free car parking.
