Love this Cex! I used to go here with my dad, if I have had one mistake with this cex though, I went to buy destiny 1 for the xbox 360 but they put the Xbox One disk instead and I wasn't able to return at any point nearer to that date

The staff have always been really friendly and helpful. My daughter has purchased a couple of second hand mobile phones from CeX and when we've had issues with them, the staff have been fantastic at sorting things out for us. Great selection of films at low prices and my sons have purchased a few second hand games from here too. Definitely worth a visit!

I went in to trade some phones and Ameila was very friendly, patient and helpful. While i was in there another customer came in that was unnecessarily very agressive towards one of the other staff members Craig. Craig de-escalated the situation when it could have easily gone the other way as the man made violent threats and I was impressed with how he handled the customer.

Extremely helpful, bought an xbox series 2 elite controller which didn't work properly, they were really quick, exchanged it over for a different one for me

Excellent range of blue ray films, cheaper than renting, and games for PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox, even retro games and consoles. There are bargains too, less expensive than eBay, if you know your prices. Friendly staff, are happy to compare stock to find the best deal for you.

Brought the 25 year anniversary royal Albert hall of phantom of the opera and I can't wait to watch it!

Good place for finding dvds and games. Can trade back when you've finished. Also sell pre owned/second hand phones and cameras, games equipment etc. Never had a problem with anything from here. Staff are decent. Just wish the speaker music wasn't quite so loud...!

Had a lot of items to trade. Staff were very efficient processing the items and the prices received were fair. Recommend weekdays if you've got a lot of stuff that needs checking.

They have really good PS games, WI games and Best ranges of Dvd, bluerays etc, awesome stuff

I cannot say enough good things about the excellent service i've always received in here, but just to name a few:

Theres a member of staff who is extremely knowledgeable. She never had an issue answering any of my questions, and if she didnt know, she was always more than happy to find out for me.

No. 2
The customer service is up there with the best. She is always friendly, chatting to the other customers around me, making conversation and building repour with all of us, inciting us to keep returning again and again.

No. 3
In a lot of retail stores, the staff appear to have lost the will to live. She is not like this at all. She has an energy about her that just makes your day that little bit better.

I hope she's getting the recognition she well and truly deserves.

Excellent store with fantastic friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I came in Thursday with queries about buying a ps4 not being very knowledgeable I asked a member of staff about few different models and she was extremely happy to talk me through the various models and memory sizes she spent a good amount of time helping me through the basics telling me about grades etc and even recommended a few must play games which I'm very much enjoying.

I'd also like to mention how impressed I was as she was training one of the new lads she was explaining things to him as she processed the payment and showing him various things in great detail it's nice to see people taking care of new members.

So a big 5 stars to CeX and a special thank-you to katherine/katie

1st time here but will definately be back. Loads of stock at bargain prices. Kids got a new (previously enjoyed) game for a knockdown price and they love it.

Great place to go for all sorts of electronic entertainment. This visit was so my children could purchase some games for their Nintendo DS's. Friendly staff, very quick service even though there was a slight queue.

CEX has a brilliant customer service. The staff are always willing to guide you and support your purchase. Thanks

Craig once again was so very helpful- went out of his way to assist and help despite a queue. He was polite and efficient and certainly has great knowledge.

Visited this CEX a couple of times and they have been very helpful and given me a decent price on selling my unwanted items. I have dealt with the same guy both times and he is great. Very knowledgeable and had a good laugh.

The staff, manager and owner alike are so friendly and welcoming with high-calibre professional manners.. The difference between CEX in Farnborough then any other of their stores is that Farnborough CEX exceed excellence and deliver a true first class service all round from the moment you walk into the store.

Always friendly staff when I go in there. Good value items, I mainly go in there for DVDs.

Great pub and food, staff very helpful, fun car parking.
