The place has plenty of parking and the staff are very supportive. Entry to the parking area is a little bit confusing and needs a bigger board at the parking entrance.

We were looking for paint to match our new shower room. It was important to obtain the correct finish, which was water resistant. Your staff were excellent in pointing me in the right direction

Well stocked garden centre, plenty of choice, sizeable store, helpful staff

1st class, with particular regard to Evelyn ( not sure if I’ve spelled her name correctly) but she was just inside the main door when I arrived on two consecutive days and on both occasions she greeted my wife and myself with a big smile and an offer of “ did I need any help” ?
And on both occasions she had the gas bottles I needed brought to the front of the store within minutes. She is a credit to your store, to be fair all my dealings with your staff on both visits were excellent from the gents that brought the bottles out and the young cashier. So different from the other stores. It has ensured I’ll be visiting your store 1st when I have a need for any product you stock.

I was hoping to purchase something for my car, but they do not stock anything to do with vehicles. Always purchase seeds from here.

Great store, friendly staff that were very helpful. Found exactly what I wanted and recieved some friendly advice from lovely shopper about dealing with my fox problems.

Homebase is in a retail park so I also managed to shop at Aldi and get a relaxing coffee at Costa next door. It turned out to be a much better experience than I expected 😊

I was very pleased after my visit here. Shane on Click and Collect dealt with some changes (caused by my ordering mistakes!) very efficiently. While the store is being refurbished and expanded there is still a good range of products and the spacing marking is very clear.

bought lavender here which is great, for some reason the bees dont like my lavender as much as other lavender i see, my wife says I dont have green fingers so its probably my fault

We was greeted at the entrance to an incredibly warm welcome, everyone was helpful and I almost felt like I wasn't in Luton. The store has all your home needs and some decent deals during the sales.

Great looking store now it's been refurbished. Good customer service and staff always happy to help when I had a query. Visiting often now I've moved home and always easily find everything I'm looking for.

My wife and I often use this branch, which is on a site that is currently under development. Our most recent trips were for a hanging basket and bark chips. The staff are always helpful *and* they are able to take spent batteries there too.

Went in to browse Christmas trees and the one we wanted wasn’t in stock. The staff - Beth and Evelyn - couldn’t have done more to help us find one locally or make the shop floor model available. Amazing customer service, thank you!

A very friendly place to go shopping.

OMG I will forever be loyal to this store! Today, I received a rarely experienced and shining level of customer service that similar retailers should aspire to consistently deliver to their customers at all times!

1) During my first visit, I financially benefitted from the product knowledge and expertise of the gentleman who magics up custom paints. I had excessively guestimated my paint requirements. He further gave great advice on how to treat the walls, to make the paint transformation process quicker and less costly! This was followed up with my pleasant experience with the helpful and personal woman at the till who bagged and placed everything on the trolley after I had paid so I could browse the store further.

2) Finally my second unplanned visit. For context I had gone part the way home with our goodies by taxi when one pot of paint fell over the back of the boot of the cab. Fortunately onto a rubber mat. With a furious cab driver threatening to overcharge to an unknown degree (company had my card details). My first instinct was to return back to Homebase. Firstly because I was hopeful they’d know how to sort it and secondly we needed that second pot of paint! OMG was I glad I made that decision. The store manager was so friendly, helpful and responsive. In that he personally helped me to clean the paint from the rubber mat, using some absorbent material which we hosed down, dried etc. The other members of staff assisted with bags to help cover up the other paints etc

I will say, this act of going above and beyond the call of duty (because they could’ve said it’s my problem and I should figure it out, when they didn’t), staff with a great depth of product knowledge and an unsurpassable level customer service whilst the store was really busy. I feel should always be recognised and praised. It is for this reason I will always frequent your store for my DIY needs, particularly around sale time (key worker!)

Had to return an item bought from a Bunnings. Luton team couldn't be more helpful, both on the phone and in person. No quibbles and complimented them on their professionalism. Excellent service.
