Caffè Nero

Good size Nero, nice ambience and a variety of seating to suit. Staff were friendly, patient and accommodating. Coffee was good and the babyccino went down well with my 2 year old.

I ordered a medium blended hazelnut latte. I love their hazelnut, it's so rich and tasty. I also ordered a blueberry muffin which was very delicious. I will be back to try their other tasty treats!

Had a white chocolate Mocca - perfectly made. Chocolate cake - tasted stunning. Really nice and relaxing ambience about the place and the guy who made up my coffee was a gent - top café Nero!

Had a got chocolate here the other day..have to say the staff were some of the most friendly staff I've ever had in a chain coffee shop! Very chatty and friendly and exactly what is needed. They need a raise! Top customer service!

Had a wonderful” mystery” hot chocolate here today. The barista was so good, really helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again. This is how customer service should be!

The place & staff are lovely and the food is wonderful. The baristas are very friendly and sociable and always helpful. The seating is good and its a really great place to go to have a bite to eat and a drink.

Nicely spaced tables, sanitizer and making sure everyone registered on the NHS or Nero app gets my vote a hot sausage roll and good coffee on a miserable wet day, what's not to like.
(Apart from the cardboard cup and weird food container, it was a sausage roll ,not noodles ! )

Visited Cafe Nero today, great coffee, excellent food, outstanding service from Chris, all in all a lovely experience, track and trace in place together with sanitation stations will definitely be going back lockdown permitting 👍🙂😷

I don't care if the place looks a little lused in and tatty. Makes it more like home. Best coffee and friendly polite wonderful staff that's why I come here almost every day

Friendly staff, plenty of comfortable seats for kids. Lots of small couches, very cosy feel.

Good service and great range of food and drink. One of the more quieter coffee shops of Hitchin, which is actually a blessing to those who like to enjoy a cuppa in peace.
