I totally love Sainsbury’s Hitchin! Well organised supermarket with a really good assortment and the nicest ladies working there! My bubba always fusses when the buggy’s still and the ladies at the self checkout tills always gets him happy when they distract him so I can scan and pack my thingies calmly, Love you guys

Ok. Few bargains if you look with your Necter card. Still a few assisted tills. Hate the ones you have to do yourself.

Good prices especially if you have a necter card. Big selection and nice own brand.

Well organized during this difficult time, door staff, and all staff very helpful and polite, had to queue but moved very quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. Not always easy to please everyone but they are doing their best, well done.👍

I bought some bog roll, beer and sausages, it was a Friday night so thought I'd push the boat out.
I Purchased my items but realised I'd lost my keys in the shop somewhere when I came to unlock my bike.
I Went back in, scoured the shop, couldn't find them anywhere.. Alerted friendly Sainsburys bloke of my peril and he got couple of others involved in the search.. We split up and as I was searching I had a light bulb moment.. I'd put my keys in the arm pocket of my jacket, something I never do normally. I was elated but on leaving, and passing my helpers I thanked then and white lied slightly.. Told them I'd found them under the fridge in the meat the section..I didn't want their search to be in vain.
Excellent customer service tho. Top draw.. And decent sausages too, taste the difference. (spoiler-I did)

I collected a prepaid reserved item from Argos located in this Sainsbury's. It was my first time visiting this branch; my item was not available in my local branch that I usually go to. I interacted with the Sainsbury's staff as well as those from Argos; they were very polite and friendly. They managed the queues well in line with social distancing guidelines. Would recommend.

Sainsbury's has good quality products, I like shopping here.
