Tesco Extra

We shop at this store in St Neots regularly and find all the staff to be helpful. We would like to make special mention of Laura - on the tills - who is always ready for a friendly chat; and also Jackie, who went out of her way to help us yesterday.

As usual Tesco has met expectations, with lovely staff and good food

Tesco extra st neots is the larger of the current three stores in the st neots area with a instore cafe, bakery, deli, fishmonger, f&f, plus the online shopping click-&-collect point outside in the rear carpark, money exchange in the front of Store with customer service desk, dedicated disabled parking spaces by the Store front with additional parking bays around the side of the building for parent and child parking, ATM MACHINES are located at the front of the Store.

Click and collect saved my husbands life during covid. He had zero immunity for 2 years so neither of us went into any shops. I still use it now. The staff are excellent and always helpful. 5 A stars

When I visited, the staff were joking around with the customers while also being professional & organised. This makes a huge difference to us shoppers because I think that the majority of us hate shopping! So it's nice to hear laughter and, perhaps be a part of it to. Once in the car, fully loaded and on the way home, I feel I've achieved something marvellous. Which is very, very sad!

A lovely lady called Sharon helped me tonight at the customer service desk, she very kindly exchanged an item for me as a one off because I didn’t have the tag when she could’ve just refused me, such great customer service! She was so polite and patient and such a kind lady!

Tesco Eynesbury 10.00 this a.m so busy almost a Black Monday! Staff as usual very helpful, bought all my groceries, mainly Gluten free, with ease - as shelves very well stocked. Thank you

The cafe at St.Neots Tesci is lively. The food is cooked while you wait, so much better than the buffet style. The new healthy breakfast is very good. Tasty and filling.

We bought a lovely Christmas tree.....it was on display, we asked a very helpful young man if he could wrap it so we could collect it later....he happily obliged.....we shopped....paid for the tree and collected it....was a bargain at £35 for a 6ft tree. A very positive experience.....thank you Tesco!

Bank holiday Monday plenty of disabled parking, all on one level apart from cafe but not sure if this open. Pleasant and helpful staff and genuinely friendly staff on the tills

Went into the phone shop this morning to get SIM card changed over to a nano, I was looked after by Bal ( think that's his name ) what a star he is. He explained to a technophobe what was going to happen, and he set it all in motion. Top man, and a great representative for Tesco.

Was my first experience at a Tesco! It was cool. The options on all the items are spread widely and the shop was very clean and well organized.
