I’ve been seeing Phil once a month for a few months now and can honestly say that it has been life changing.

When I first came to him, I was anxious, fearful, and not feeling particularly positive about life, I was constantly in pain and suffering headaches almost daily. I’d seen countless physiotherapists, been given so many different medications, but never really felt like I was getting anywhere.

Since starting my sessions with Phil, my pain levels have decreased dramatically, and I’ve found myself much more able to take positive steps towards not only maintaining my physical health but looking at ways of improving it too. For the first time in over 25 years, I don’t feel like a lost cause.

Phil is an excellent practitioner, but on top of that he is intuitive, intelligent, observant, and really easy to talk to, I cannot recommend him enough!

First time at True Health - Great experience today Irina was the ultimate professional, arrived in pain and whilst it might not be all gone it’s bearable now. I’ll be back next week for another session

Alan definitely has healing hands. He over the years has always accurately discerned the problem. He then goes on to treat it successfully.

I have had acupuncture with Irina for a number of months now. She has treated me for my infertility, and throughout my second round of IVF. This lead to a successful round and we are now 9+4 weeks pregnant, with 2 frozen embryos stored too.

Alongside the calm of the acupuncture, Irina’s experience and knowledge has been extremely helpful and reassuring and she has helped me manage the overwhelming stress and worry that comes with fertility treatment. I am so grateful I found Irina and invested in acupuncture with her during my fertility treatment!

Really enjoyed my first session, Philip was attentive, easy to talk to, explained things really well, and put me right at ease. I slept like a baby last night. Woke up surprisingly pain free (for a change) and am feeling very positive about future treatments and the effect they will have on both my physical and mental well-being ⭐

I started my treatment a number of years ago when I was struggling to conceive. I saw Irina weekly at this time and she was with me on my 4 year journey to conceive. The advice Irina gave me along with the acupuncture helped me on my journey and I eventually had healthy twin boys. I continued to have acupuncture monthly as a top up and to help me feel balanced. It also greatly helped a shoulder injury. I cannot recommend Irina enough, without her I would not have my family. She has been a great support to me over the years and I am forever grateful.

From the very first contact I made with Irina I knew I had finally found the support I needed for my pregnancy journey. Irina had a natural empathy and drive to help me when I had suffered repeated miscarriages and heartache and there had been no reason found as to why. She offered up refreshing new advice based on her vast experience within the field which complemented her acupuncture treatments. I turned to Irina for acupuncture in 2012, which coincided with a successful conception later that month, and never looked back. I believe my first child, now 7, would not have been here had I not visited Irina for acupuncture sessions at a time that my pregnancy was most vulnerable and appeared to be failing. Irina went above and beyond for me and responded to any issues or doubts I had in those first ‘tricky’ months with true compassion and professionalism. I felt thoroughly supported and reassured by her throughout my visits and outside of my visits as she was always there at the end of the phone or email when I needed her. I have, and always will, recommend Irina to people suffering pregnancy loss and/or unexplained infertility. I know she has a special place in my and other people’s hearts because she stands out from the crowd in this field.

Alan was absolutely brilliant, and very patient with my awful explanations to things and rambling on! Alan took care to do lots of tests to figure out what, where/why the problem was. In doing this we also found out some other stiffness and areas that I should look at and gave me a lot of great advice and techniques to improve the problems we found. Overall I felt very comfortable during my experience with Alan and found him to be worth absolutely every penny. Thank you so much Alan!!!

Irina helped me with both my pregnancies. She really concentrated on my body”s weaknesses and when the time was right I got pregnant. She was highly knowledgeable not just about acupuncture but my pregnancies in general pre, during and post. She was truly amazing. After 10 years of trying her help and support were invaluable. We had tried virtually everything without success until I met Irina. We were a team and she supported me throughout. I had absolute faith in her abilities.

Irina and the staff always go out of there way to help and give support.
I used them in early pregnancy for 2 pregnancies and they were wonderful in giving support, even sometimes outside of my appointment, with any questions on my treatment by email, which was such a help.
With my 2nd pregnancy, attending True Health, they were flexible in allowing me to bring my toddler to the appointment and treated him so well.
I honestly feel the support and treatment I received in both pregnancies was amazing and helped me have healthy and less anxious pregnancies, particularly in early pregnancy which was a particularly stressful time for me.

My family have used Alan for various ailments for a number of years. Yesterday I hobbled in, doubled over and in a lot of pain. After just one session, I am walking upright and whilst still in pain, much more comfortable. I can't recommend Alan highly enough, he is a magician!

I found Irina’s clinic when I was trying to conceive a number of years ago, and was drawn to her passion and knowledge around fertility. I became a very regular acupuncture client over a number of years, with Irina supporting me through numerous IVF cycles. Her expertise and knowledge is exceptional, and the support I received both during and in between sessions was outstanding. She truly goes the extra mile to help you to piece together your fertility jigsaw. She was diligent in ensuring I got a second opinion about a thyroid issue, which resulted in a cancer diagnosis which would otherwise have remained undetected. With Irina’s support, I went on to recover from that bump in the road, with a successful round of IVF followed by a natural pregnancy, both of which she supported me with up to 12 weeks. Inspired in part by her work, I went on to retrain as a therapist myself & my approach to my business is very much inspired by how Irina helped me during some very dark times - she will always have a very special place in the heart of me & my family. 5 stars really aren’t enough!

I met with Irina for the first time a few months go. She was fantastic and really spent a lot of time getting to know my specific situation and problems. She makes sure you understand everything she is doing, before she does it, which is important. We had a great conversation about how she could help and I always look forward to going back!

I cannot recommend Irina highly enough, particularly to any woman who is trying to conceive, is getting ready for IVF or is pregnant.
Not only did Irina’s acupuncture treatments result in a healthy pregnancy after years of heartache miscarrying many times and then not being able to conceive at all, but she supported me well above and beyond the call of duty during those worrying pregnancy months.
Irina is a skilled and highly experienced acupuncturist, has a real empathy for the people she treats and her integrity and passion shine through in bucket loads.

I have been attending regular accupuncture with Irina for several years. I can honestly say the treatment, knowledge and care I have received has been second to none. Having gone through several rounds of IVF, Irina has helped to relieve the debilitating symptoms associated with this and provided expert advice. Her knowledge around infertility and IVF is outstanding and she has on several occasions suggested tests and options that even the doctors hadn’t mentioned at that point.
Irina goes above and beyond for her patients and frequently emails out of hours with advise and support. She has also come in for treatment on her days off for me! I don’t think this level of service is common in other practices.
I would recommend True Health Clinics to anyone, especially those going through fertility issues. I am now happily pregnant with twins. Thank you Irina!

Excellent is all i can say.

I always enjoy seeing Irina and having the acupuncture (well once the needles are in anyway!). Whilst it is hard to know if it is really doing anything, I do feel like this is a contributor for where I am now (happily 12+ weeks pregnant after years of heartache and failures). And I can't deny the evidence in front of me.

I like how knowledgeable and professional she is, and she always goes that extra bit further to make me feel important and deserving of her time.

After being initially sceptical on acupuncture, I am definitely now in a position to say that I would recommend it.

Though I would only trust True Health and wouldn't want to try elsewhere.

We had been trying to conceive for nearly 4 years and suffered ectopics and a miscarriage before being told we could start our IVF journey. True health clinics for Acupuncture came highly recommended to me to support my ivf treatment, I met with Irina for our initial appointment and I instantly felt at ease with her kindness, knowledge and professionalism. I had Acupunture appointments regularly throughout all of my ivf treatment, and I’m happy to say my Ivf and treatments were successful and I have a beautiful daughter now. I personally love acupuncture and know it works for me, and would highly recommended Irina to anyone who wants to try Acupuncture for any condition.

If you are looking for a professional acupuncturist, Irina and True Health Clinic is the place for you. I know that so many people offer acupuncture, but you need to be very careful when choosing one. It is amazing how acupuncture works, but it only works when it's done by a qualified and experienced person.
I have been guided and treated by Irina, who understood my problems, offered holistic approach and provided with acupuncture sessions tailored to my needs. I am very grateful for her help.
