McDonald's

I ordered via the machine incorrectly and received a meatless pathetic looking cold bun! When I returned my food it became clear I had ordered cheese and pickles! The staff kindly rectified this for me hence I have just enjoyed my double cheeseburger. Thankyou for issuing this order despite the pathetic bun was of my own making!

In comparison to some other McDonald's it is pretty good. I'm a regular user and enjoy it as a break during my shopping.

Very busy but lot of space to seat. Clean Ang no tidy, friendly staff. Parking.

All my food here has been delivered hot, especially the fries, correct orders and super friendly and helpful staff. It's been so much better post-covid.

A few weeks since I've been there, but I was very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, and especially the kindness of the gentleman who helped me when my receipt didn't come out of the machine and I didn't know the number of my order. Unusual to get such good service somewhere so busy!

Always served the food ordered, usually it is very quick but I know at busy times the road layout is not ideal, the food is usually to a high standard, and served well presented, the are staff friendly and the orders taken correctly.

Five starts! The owner, Jack Massey Welsh (Or JackSucksAtLife on Youtube), was awesome! He gave me a complimentary kiss when I walked in. I asked for crunchy pancakes and he was super resourceful, he put the several cockroach families living in the oven to give it that crunch, I respect that.

All staff we extremely helpful and friendly especially the girl with the high vis jacket who was tidying up. Well done

The driver threw service is not very almost every time I go thay get order wrong. When you as for plan berger just with bacon and ketchup. Then when I get home they put cheese on witch my 13 year old daughter doesn't like she gets upset. 😒

Everything was piping hot. The place was clean and the staff were lovely. Really enjoyed our experience. Parking is a little tight though but you can park on the outside if needs be. Very close to a large number of shops so easily accessible

Stopped here on the way back to Liverpool from Newcastle for breakfast.

Place was very clean, not overly busy and the staff were very polite. Food was very fresh and tasty. Didn't wait long at all.

They must have some secret recipe for the burgers here... You cannot find better tasting ones for miles around.
And the breakfast is also very well made.

The cleaner lady went out her was to help me this morning and was so friendly. The only problem I had was the delivery men from Just Eats was all grouped together talking about me and then asked me if I understood them. Then they started to argue with each other to a point one started shouting at the other at the top of he’s voice. Overall I still give a 5 star rating because of how good the front of house cleaner lady was.

Clean, fast service, food was fresh and hot, toilets were immaculate, as was the inside of the store, really helpful staff. Ample car parking, drive through seemed to be passing through quickly. The shope will little crowded though bit the staffs managed well.

As a delivery driver I would really appreciate the hard job that all staff working hard under pressure, servicing drive through, inside collection and deliveries, However due to a lack of mismanagement u can see negatives feedback. the only point I would like to notice to them in my section as a driver is to check the drivers account before handing orders to them, so a few drivers working there by 10 different accounts in same time, I have seen staff given 6 orders to the driver and he was still waiting to pickup more thats I never seen anywhere else, how come?! Uber never care they can catch them easy.... but it is macdonald's staff responsibility to check drivers account or even not given more than 2 orders as it is allowed to reduce mistakes, missings, complaints from customer about, food is cold, is missing, is mixed with another orders, they didn't get thier order. I have heard stories from customers while doing delivery there, I felt really sorry about them, if we just swap positions we will understand what is going around. I have left the area and I hope whatever I mentioned to help ...

Staff were friendly. Food was nice and hot. Car parks horrendous at busy times.
Must have had supply issues no frappes no tropical no Fanta.

Staff ALWAYS really polite and pleasant. Food always a good as McDonald's gets. Usually very busy but they get through the queues quickly.

One of the cleanest McDonalds what i have ever seen! The staff are kind too.
