New Beach Hotel, Great Yarmouth

I loved my stay at the New Beach Hotel. I had a single room at the rear overlooking traditional slate roofs with painted multi coloured terraced houses and the church in the background. My room provided all I needed plus a useful heated towel rail which I could activate for a set period of time.
Undoubtedly the best part of my stay was the staff. Friendly, polite and helpful, they made me feel like I definitely want to return.

The management at the hotel made you welcome, they were very friendly, the rooms were very clean. The waiters and the waitresses were helpful, the meals were good. Jordan was was helpful behind the bar. The entertainment was good.

Basic hotel basic price clean .polite staff good food.you are not booked into the Ritz so don't be dissapointedclose to every thing you need would just like to say.Give exterior a lick of paint would make all the difference in the way people judge The New Beach Loved our stay and driver Paul and Calem. Just one other thing the hotel does seem to run out of. Diet Coke which is a nuescance if you don't like draft Pepsi you can leave your own behind bar but not allowed in cabaret room not very proffessional way to deal with customers would suggest carrying more stock .

Excellant rooms,great menu we had breakfast and evening meal hotel staff very friendly and helpful, rooms where very well kept,very much value for money.

Very good hotel nice rooms . Great food really close to shops . Martin driver good plenty to do.trips good .I would recommend broads cruise trip on paddle boat .and Cromer could have gone to Norwich. Would go back again.

We had a brilliant time the staff were so helpful & Friendly, the room was nice apart from the carpet 😀 nice size room all we needed in the bathroom. Dinning room was lovely the food was really good &fresh. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

My partner and myself have just had five days at this hotel. On two meal times three coaches of people sat down together. The waiters and waitresses were fantastic, apologies because we had to wait. But have to say all the other meal times they were the same.

I've stayed here several times as I'm a coach driver.

1st...the location is very good. Seafront location opposite the pier. Literally seconds away from restaurants....a shop and takeaway. Cinema and bars.

2nd. .. the staff are very very friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. They have always resolved any issues my passengers have had.

3rd. ...the rooms are spacious...very clean ..warm...and inviting decor.

4th. ....the food is a good standard and is reflected in the price perfectly. One great thing is ....the bar is very reasonably priced.

5th....there is regular entertainment.

I highly recommend this hotel. I always look forward to it.

I loved staying at this hotel. The room was cleaned and maintained every day. The hotel staff was lovely and the food was lovely too.

The location was really nice as well as the pier is over the road and the beach also.

Although a little old and shabby from the outside. The warm friendly management and staff made up for appearances. The food was good and varied there was bingo for those who enjoyed it and very good evening entertainment. Nothing was too much trouble and service was efficient and swift . Several coach parties were accommodated and welcomed speedily no drama's or fuss. Wonderful 4 days right on the seafront .

Went with Alfa Travel. Hotel staff are lovely,food great with plenty of variety. Rooms clean and bed is very comfy. Lovely big shower and a quiet hotel. Will definitely be back.

All good part from the people coming out the grill over the road shouting in the street and swearing at each other I will be back soon maybe may time I didn’t want to go home I wanted to work there tbh if only I could move up that way.
I have got leaning difficulties but I’m happy the staff understood me has I have got speech problem.
John the coach driver was lovely can’t say the same about the other one who was rude

Right on the sea front. Paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it. Staff all friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and food basic but still tasty.

The place is fine, the restaurant service is very good. Nice staff. Breakfast and dinner is fine you have choices if you were vegan vegetarian or not. So it's your choice what you want.. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Our room is good size spacious. And I love it. Lots of tissue hahaha so you cannot running out of it 🤣.

Hotel was very clean very comfortable the staff were very friendly and helpful the food was excellent. Can't wait to go back. Loved every minute of the holiday
