Overall great experience. Your Best Car is located a few hours away from me so I wound up buying a car without viewing it in person.
They had no issue dealing with my questions over the phone and a big thanks to Jamie who I could message through WhatsApp when my work schedule was a bit hectic and I didn't have the time for a phone call.
Any flaws the car had were made known to me through a video viewing before purchasing and once I received the car it surpassed my expectations. If I didn’t know I’d of thought it was brand new, the interior was immaculately clean. Great service all round and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another car from them in the future!

I recently purchased a used car from "Your Best Car" and I couldn't be happier.

The whole process from my initial enquiry to driving away in my new car was seamless and stress free.

As I didn't live local, the paperwork was all done over the phone or via email.
They gave me a good price for my trade in vehicle and they took care of my existing finance settlement.

The company has 2 sites, one in Cranbrook, Kent and another in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
They have a vast range of high-quality cars, and they are open by appointment only.

I visited their site in Kent, and I was amazed at how organised it was.
It was very well set up, in a great location, with ample room to move around the site, and the visitor's parking area was clearly identifiable.
There are toilet facilities on site, which may be useful after a long journey
The staff were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the used vehicles for sale.

I would use them again in the future and highly recommend them to other potential buyers.

I bought a Mercedes E class, it is in absolutely pristine condition even given its age, a credit to its previous owner and to Your Best Car. Jamie was very helpful and everything was sorted quickly including receiving the V5 a couple of weeks after collection as they explained. I was a little unsure about buying a car over the internet that I hadn't seen and had to trust the process having done my own due diligence. That's the reason I'm writing this review to reassure others like me who are looking and wondering that this is a genuine company and good guys, the cars from what i have seen and experienced are very good. I'm not sure why others have chosen to leave poor reviews about things like the deposit etc, if you don't like it then you do have a choice but just read the terms and conditions before you commit as you should with any contract. The car I bought was valeted to a point where you would swear it was new so I can see why if they are going to all that expense they want committed buyers. My experience with this company, Jamie and Morgan, was very good and the car is literally a dream. Thank you guys 👍
