Nice local store, obviously brilliant produce but I came here in particular to praise the member of checkout staff that served me, Will. Wonderfully polite young lad, engaging and has a persona that makes the customer feel comfortable. Keep it up Will!

Only use for the post office, but the staff on the counter are friendly and knowledgeable.

Although a small store it has many items one would expect. Staff are friendly and helpful.. Plenty of parking and with any purchase you can have a free coffee. Why not visit, there is a petrol station ose by too.

Lovely shop with a cafe and post office in store. Very friendly staff, all wearing PPE and social distancing measurements in place. The car park has parking attendants, who monitor the disabled and mother and child bays and will ask people to move on, if not using them properly and will also help with returning trolleys etc, they always seem so cheerful and friendly. If people park and leave their vehicle in the bays that are allocated for the shoppers that actually need them, then they are at risk of receiving a fine. The shop is very popular within the village. The in store toilet facilities are currently shut until next year.

Absolutely lovely village and fantastic shop. The cafe, coffee machines and toilets are out of use til next year at earliest. Not waitrose staff, but the parking enforcement officer is really lovely and very helpful.

Very useful supermarket. This branch has a better selection than our local one.

Waitrose has the hands down the best customer service. I like many others have had no water for most of the eek and none was available locally. Waitrose staff at Hawkhurst put water aside for me and then insisted there was no charge. Genuinely the best customer service and a great act of kindness.

A great selection of free from foods, many of which were FODMAP friendly. They have a small but well stocked fruit and veg section along with the butcher and fishmonger counters/sections.
Went here Friday evening and they were doing the reductions so that's the best time for those it seems.
A good little store for most things you could want.

Lovely to visit a shop where there was fresh fish being served at a counter rather than in plastic. Forgotten how wonderful that is.
Good levels of stock on all shelves and staff being super helpful. Well done Waitrose. It was almost like the good old days.

Good store with very helpful staff.

Only wanted to pop in a for magazine and as we queued outside it started to rain. As quick as a flash staff was offering all of us umbrellas. Brilliant customer service.

Love Waitrose so prepared to travel as not in my town. You won't be disappointed with the selection in this medium sized store. Lots of parking for mums & babies.

Lovely store to visit, always a parking space to be had. Staff at the checkouts very friendly, offering hand gel when bags are packed etc.

Covid-19 compliant, fresh produce, friendly staff/stakeholders, easy parking, nice but limited choice of products, (due to size of shop). Highly recommended.

Very well run in allowing numbers in. Good stock of all items. Always spend more in Waitrose because it always has such a superb range. Staff are always helpful and polite

Lovely new store, with all the usual Waitrose staples, though not the biggest range. Fruit and veg a bit expensive, but otherwise not too bad for the area. Staff a bit mixed, probably as it's a new store.

Brilliant experience, lovely place to shop, very calm very relaxed, staff go over and above to satisfy there customers, as an ex employee its good to see that waitrose are still pleasing there customers, hope that goes for there staff as well...free coffee after shopping is a nice touch too...keep it up guys ;-)
