Costa Coffee - Headcorn

A member of my group became unwell at closing time. We had to call an ambulace.The 2 ladies were absolutely fantastic. They were 100% so kind to us all especially as we had a child with us.what amazing kind people they are. They wouldn't have got home for 2 plus hours after closing. Costa you have lovely staff.

All the staff are amazing! They are always welcoming and say hello to customers, they have recently employed a new manager, but I'm yet to see him actually do anything.

Staff really nice, good place to have a Costa whether you're visiting or driving through.

Worth a visit ☺ Michael and Jake were super hospitable, very sympathetic, positive and reassuring towards me while I cried about my puppy who was in surgery at the nearby vets and made me a lovely latte which as all coffee lovers know, always makes any situation a little easier to cope with.
The place was clean bright welcoming and tidy and I will definitely be back again another day.
(just in case the team get to see this, Puppy is doing well and on her way to a full recovery all being well.) Thanks for being such superstars, see you all again soon ☕ ☺

Could do with a revamp

10:00am on a Sunday morning and bustling, excellent staff and of course coffee. Easy free parking if popping in or stopping longer to sit and watch the world go by on their street tables.

Very friendly staff, lovely and clean

We regularly go here (me, wife and our 3 girls). The staff are always friendly and kind, the service speedy, and there is almost always plenty of room to sit down. I've only had one dudd coffee in 5 years... only one... so no I didn't complain! Some of these negative reviews are hilarious - get real people. Damn good coffee shop. Thanks to all the lovely staff :-)

Chatty staff made for a pleasant half hour coffee. Plenty of seating and very clean. My one general query is why, when there is a lack of customers, aren't tables dried after being wiped with a wet cloth and, further to that end, why has it become acceptable for the wet cloth to be passed from table to table without getting a rinse? Aside from that, it's a Costa with very friendly staff.

Such a lovely team of girls that work here. Lois and Daisy are always really friendly and it's nice to have service with a smile. Its so refreshing to be served by a cheerful face and smile. Coffee is lovely as well. Nice atmosphere and relaxing.

Friendly and helpful staff especially as I have a young baby and needed help carrying coffee over to the table. They even helped me warm babies food up without a fuss as some places get so over the top about health and safety and don't allow it.

Having had a couple of sticky encounters in the early months there has been a positive change. No longer are there dirty tables and the opportunity to eat leftovers. Instead it has been clean, tidy and welcoming.
