Tjs is absoloutley amazing , i never go anywhere eles. I was greeted by Ryan , and he was so helpfull and knowledgeable on my query. 5* service!

Absolutely amazing customer care and service after the problem with my juice yesterday. I sent an FB message out of hours and I got a pretty speedy response. Thank you for all your help and for sending out replacement juice and pod. If I could give more than 5⭐, I would. Thank you 👍😁

Myself and my wife went to sittingbourne tjs in the high street and I couldn't of been happier with the service from ellie, the staff know there stuff and are friendly and fun, we both have new machines and are fantastic. 🙂🙂

Really friendly guy in there today, explained how to use a device (fill it etc) and even helped me pick the mod (cheaper than the one I was going to get!) don't normally get customer service like this anymore! 10/10 - already recommended to family!
