Visited the Swaffham store today (14.08.24) to upgrade a SIM-only contract. Nothing but praise for the friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff who got me a far better deal at a much cheaper price. Five stars guys. Thanks.

Went in because I was having a few problems with my old phone which was out of contract. Luke was an absolute star, very patient and helpful, he found me a brilliant new Samsung phone that satisfied all the criteria I specified, (not too large, good memory capacity). He set it up for me and everything transferred across perfectly. I've had the new phone for nearly a month now and I am extremely happy with it and the new Vodafone contract which is much more suitable for me. I will certainly use this shop again for any issues I might have with my mobile phone.

Went into swaffham branch today, obtained new contract, new phone, all sorted efficiently. Extremely helpful staff, would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade
