Mr G's Bowling Centre

Tonight my wife and I decided a last minute meal out and decided to go to Mr Gs. What a great time we had. Absolutely brilliant food. Starters we had cheesy garlic bread and nachos grande. Both were brilliant they were. The amount of times I’ve had really greasy cheesy garlic bread but this wasn’t it was really good, nachos grande are normally taste like they are microwaved but they were great nachos still crunchy not loads of oil. Yum.
We had gammon and steak and with out going on but gammon was amazing and steak was perfectly cooked. The chef Danni done a really good job. Food came out efficiently. Plates were laid out very well and clean. The restaurant was nice and clean. All in all a great night and made a bad day brilliant thank you Mr Gs

This was our first visit and we had a great evening. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food was amazing. Thank you so much. We will definitely be visiting again.

A family friend and I took my teenage grandchildren for bowling and a meal and we were not disappointed, we had a great time. The atmosphere is lovely, so refreshing compared the bowling in large towns. After our hilarious games of bowls we proceeded to the bar/ restaurant and ordered our meals. The food was superb, mouthwatering, delicious but the ribs were so big we asked for a container to take the rest home. I would give it 10 stars if I could 😊

Fantastic accessible bowling alley, with everything a wheelchair ♿ user needs for an enjoyable visit. Room to get through and round to the bowling lanes. Sloped access, bowling 🎳 cage and a lowered cashier desk in addition to an electronic call on the bowling console. Great service and plenty of room to maneuver around the bowling lanes themselves.

Excellent food and reasonable price. Great place for a couple of hours and competitive grandchildren who think they can beat the oldies at bowling!!

Best place around here for food, absolutely fantastic food and reasonable price's, if your going out for food then this is the place, relaxed atmosphere, great place.

Clean and tidy.
Seemed very organised even though they were short staffed.
All staff were polite and curtious.
Definitely a return visit and a game (or 2😂)of 10 pin.

Lovely food! Been several times and the food has always been brilliant. Weather it was a carvery or a meal during the week!

Went here on a whim as something to do at the weekend with the kids. We have never been here before but definitely would again. Friendly help staff. Great food. My kids and I had a amazing time.

The food was ok , not amazing but I have given this place 5 stars purely based on just how friendly warm and welcoming the staff were, they really seem like they enjoy there job, excellent customer service well done 👍

Tonight we went bowling and had diner at Mr G's. It was amazing, there was a bowling league and upon arrival we met very friendly staff and contestants . A nice place with lovely food. When you visit, you should really order their steak, its amazing!

Mr G's Bowling Center is a great place for families or friends to bowl a couple of games and then stop for a drink or a bite to eat. The family who run the business are nice and welcoming. The staff team they have chosen are welcoming, helpful and cheery. I would highly recommend it.

Went there without booking any lanes, big mistake on my behalf but the lovely lady at the till managed to fit us in! We will come back for sure and probably have lunch in their restaurant too!

Fantastic carvery, all you can eat. great staff and a good choice of beers. Also does great meals throughout the week. And if you fancy a game of ten pin bowling, you are in the same building, what more could you ask for, whatever you do, you will enjoy.

Went for a Sunday roast, yes your reading right a Sunday roast at the bowling Alley. Food was fresh, hot and plenty of it. Nice atmosphere and a lovely bar with selection of drinks.
