Travelodge Great Yarmouth

A wonderful clean place to stay. The staff are very warm and friendly. They go above and beyond their duty of care. They make you feel very welcome. Ashleigh the Manager is very professional and has a excellent team behind her, supporting her by working so hard within the work place. A special thanks to Donna for being so kind and caring. She does everything with a big smile on her face. Nothing is too much trouble, she is one in a million. Thank you Donna your one special lady with a beautiful heart and soul. I would also like to thank the following people Karen, Shelly, Lucy, Lisa, Lauren, Hannah, Sandra, Eden, Marlene, Layton, Tegan, Johnathan and Sarah You have all been absolutely brilliant. Stayed for 1 night with 3 children 24/3/24, greeted by a friendly member of staff on the desk. Rooms basic but comfortable enough room for a family of 5. We had a breakfast in with the booking which was lovely large selection of foods to suit us all staff working all friendly, made sure everything was kept stocked ( food). Slept well Would come again if in the area.

A real surprise. Stayed for 10 days while having a new kitchen/bathroom put in. Was just looking for a good value bed and facilities for the duration and this exceeded our expectations by a mile.
Great staff, relaxed atmosphere. Spacious, warm and comfy room. Added benefit of a breakfast room/casual dining area/bar which had a great value buffet breakfast offer and a good selection of evening snacks and meals.
Stayed out of necessity this time - would choose to stay here next time, it was excellent and tremendous value!

Stayed here one night on a flying visit for a job interview. On arrival reception lady was very helpful booked in quickly then up to 1st floor to a Large clean, comfortable room. Good night, sleep on a very comfy bed, then down to a serve yourself breakfast. The breakfast was plentiful and would cater for anyone. Very nice bacon. Then booked out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing my wife mentioned was there was no hair dryer.

Was only that all night. Golf seemed very helpful though.
Was comments hanging above my head? Maybe the cleaner needs a word?

Accessible rooms that you can actually get a wheelchair around really easily - which seems obvious, but I've had rooms I couldn't! Staff are super friendly and helpful, and Scott on nights is an angel! They even found me a hairdryer (there's always something you forget!!)

Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. We stayed for an evening meal which was very acceptable. We also booked for breakfast as well which we really enjoyed anything from cearel, toast, bagels, porridge, yogurt and fresh fruit as well.and a help yourself cooked breakfast buffet, the staff seemed very friendly and nothing was to much. This is our second stay at this travelodge, and we'll certainly be back.

Visited for 1 night due to meeting up with family for the rest of the week so started a day earlier for the kids to have a relaxing day at the beach

Easy access to main A47 Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Gorleston on sea (beach) was a short 20 minutes walk from here also. Dianna had great customer service at check in and the hotel is generally quiet and good value

Always enjoy staying at this branch of Travelodge. Service is always great, going above to be friendly and approachable. Rooms are always lovely and clean. The food is also nice. Recommend this Travelodge.

We here on our holiday as well as celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The rooms are always perfect for our needs and they accommodate putting my husband's medication into the fridge to keep cool whilst we stay at Travelodge wherever that is. Very friendly staff everywhere we have stayed so far, which is important to us and we will continue to stay with Travelodge wherever we go.

The hotel is tired & dated & badly needs updating, but it was spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly & very helpful chatty & smiley! & nothing was too much trouble. They are a credit to Travelodge. I would happily recommend staying here.

Clean family room with very comfortable beds big bathroom with a view of the sea and the fun fair . I would recommend book a meal deal breakfast and evening meal

Called late as had a change of plans with my son and dog.
Was told to book via website which I did. So quick and easy.
Arrived very polite staff. Lots of parking. Room was as expected basic but very clean. Lots of hot water for a bath. Had a great sleep. Would definitely use again.

Great experience at this hotel. All the staff are very welcoming. Cleanliness is a big priority too. We forgot an item in our room and they were more than willing to post the item back to us free of charge so no complaints all round.
