Just had my passport photo done at Snappy Snaps and the lady who took it, Amanda, was absolutely lovely, extremely patient, friendly and went above and beyond for both myself and another customer. I would definitely recommend their services and like to commend Amanda and let her manager know what a really valuable member of staff they have in her. Very grateful for the time taken to get everything perfect and how helpful and friendly my experience was.

Amazing service, so happy with the canvas I had framed. Sara is extremely professional and so good at what she does. All the other staff were welcome too. Highly recommend!

They do same day photo printing.
I ordered a couple of 7x5 prints online and they were exceptionally high quality.

I had my own frames and gifted them as Christmas presents which were much loved!

Small store in Hertford but there are loads of gift ideas on display such as customised cushions, mugs, fridge magnets and various styles of canvases.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 💯

Excellent customer service from the Hertford Team on 20/08, going above and beyond what was expected, not only resizing and printing my photo but also cutting it to shape and securing it in my locket. I recently lost my Nan and they took great care of her locket and now I will always have it with me

I had a fantastic experience in store on Saturday. Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable but also very patient in helping me to download some of my wedding photos, pick frames and get them framed there and then and wrapped ready to give as gifts! I could not recommend this store enough and will be back very soon to design some wedding collages!

I needed help for two Chinese Visa Application photos. The staff were excellent, really patient with my two young boys and had no problem retaking the photo when the first wasn't aceepted by the Chinese online system.

Popped in today to print some photos with a very lively 2 year old. The lady in the shop was wonderful, so helpful, really patient as I was faffing about with the photos and even kept my little one entertained whilst I was at the machine. Such a friendly bunch in here. Might be more expensive than the internet but always happy to help and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

I placed an order at the Hertford branch in the morning on the 12/02/22. The shop was very busy but HANNAH stayed behind after the shop was officially closed to make sure my product was completed. She went a step further to contact and wait for me to pick up my package from the shop.

I have used this shop to have a collage put together, printed and framed. The staff did a great job. They turned it around in a few hours and the final result exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased to have a local photo shop I can rely on when I need a present. Will come back for my passport photos for sure.

I entered the shop just before closing and the assistant Jo jumped up to help me! He was polite, professional and extremely helpful!

We recently went into Snappy Snaps in Hertford as we needed some help with a photo book we was trying to create. A lovely lady called Rosa talked us through it and was so extremely helpful. We were under pressure to get this printed in time for our twins 1st Birthday party and she made sure it arrived on time. We cannot thank her enough, she is great at her job. Thank you Rosa!

It was fantastic! I needed help transfer photos from my camera to my phone, it turned out to be quite complicated and technical, (as far as I'm concerned!) Natan , a very patient, helpful man, spent ages finding out how to do it and, even longer, explaining it to me! He was an absolute star, and I'd like to thank him very much for helping me yesterday.

I went into SnappySnaps yesterday to get a few passport size pictures clicked and came feeling pleased and extremely satisfied with the level of customer service. Ideally located in busy Mayfair/Hertford St., the staff is extremely helpful and courteous, and prompt at delivering.
A special shout out to Ms. Orphée who photographed me - she is extremely talented and efficient in what she does, such a friendly person who instantly puts you at ease and goes that extra mile! Heard she is a professional wedding/events photog too...

I got a fair price for 4 passport photos. The staff was incredibly helpful, received the photos on the spot and I even got help with a form the photos were supposed to go on. Thank you!

Took in 2 frames and needed help getting the right size for them, the staff member was really helpful, got the right sizes and whilst I waited he fitted them for me so they were ready to hang!
Will be back again :)

The staff at this shop are surely the most helpful people ever! I would go nowhere else to print off my pics. They have solved all my problems with a smile! Brilliant!

Great service from Sara. Wanted high quality black and white copies of my wife’s parents wedding photo. Sara offered really helpful advice and really pleased with the results.

Got an old B and W photo enlarged. Was a tatty photo but they touched it up and it looks like it taken yesterday! Really happy customer.
