Picked up items that had been ordered for me, helpful staff, Emily on the front desk, a staff member that got my goods, brought it to car for me , very helpful, happy with the service I received from the store

Fantastic builders supplies to work with, offer great rates for materials.
We mostly deal with Matt, whom goes out his way to offer a great service, he’s happy to go above and beyond with some of the stranger, old fashioned materials needed on the more traditional builds we’ve recently been completing.
Also if we have an issue with anything, it’s sorted no problem.

I’ve dealt with many suppliers over the years who are far to happy to loose the custom with the slightest problem, over sorting out the small issues when they rarely happen. For me that’s value alone. It’s nice to receive the same Service and work ethic we have as a company and offer our own customers.

I’d highly recommend STS as a company to deal with and you even get hats when the weather gets cold.

What a fantastic team to do a delivery for hard work and fast I just advise and lorry driver to drive to the end of street and turn around .don't park before the place as you will cause traffic problems
