Hobbycraft Aintree

I just love this place! The staff are super helpful and one young lady at the till was so pleasant I didn’t want to leave. We chatted at about painting and and our pros and cons! It was lovely to see they are as passionate as I was! I will definitely bring going back there!

Amy helped us with a trolley that my sister wanted. We couldn't find anyone to help on the shop floor initally. The guy who served us on the till was helpful and pleasant. The original girl we asked on the til said she would get us help but then stood around on her phone.

Large craft shop selling all your craft needs in materials, paints, kits, and accessories on two floors. A lift is available for those who might need it.

Variety! I never leave without buying something or getting new ideas. Bought these letters and sprayed them silver. Great addition with family photos to set the scene.

Everything that I need and really helpful staff

Plenty of choices of everything you could need only downside is you go for 1 item and come out fully laden with other stuff you hadn't even thought of in first place.

Went in search of a “tree” and a very helpful assistant helped me and made some very good recommendations.

And I thought this was brilliantly completed

Went in to hobbycraft tonight with my granddaughter, looking for few bits, upstairs and downstairs. The staff there are amazing running around the shop trying to find what you, went the extra mile for me and found magazines after going all over the shop and store rooms. The reason for this was the shop had been changed around and things moved, didn't stop the 3 ladies from looking for you. Would go back again

I always pop in here after work to pick up the odd hobby supply, mostly acrylic paints, and to browse the modelling stuff. The staff are always very friendly and the shop has plenty of supplies.

Visited on Friday 11/08/2023 Fantastic service here today a lovely lady who works here was so helpful in assisting me and making me the most beautiful flower centre piece for my baby shower as I was let down over orders on line the flowers were absolutely beautiful IAM over the moon with them lady helpede massively at a stressful time I will forever be greatful kind regards Andrea

Brilliant shop!
The staff are the best. When I lost my Hobbycraft Member card, they tried everything to find my account (which couldn't be found) so they issued me another card and gave me discounts. So helpful and kind :)

Staff are all really helpful when you’re not sure what you need. Always have a massive selection of craft materials. We enjoy a browse here to get some inspiration. Location is ideal, being on the retail, as it has lots of parking and is near by other great places to shop and eat in Aintree.

Could spend hours browsing around this shop. So many ideas come into my head when I look at all the shelves. Good prices too which is another reason I love this shop. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.
