Brand new store , superbly laid out immaculately clean.

Although a very busy day ... loads of space , no fuss, no crowding.

Best marks and Spencer I've been In .

Good place to go for the food and drink shop which has deals that my Mum likes to look at, they also have good bargains on the chocolate and sweets as well as other products that I like to purchase when I can.
Visited at the beginning of the week with my Mum and Sister after having our dinner in, I then bought Mum a small peace lily plant which I got a percent off with my sparks card. Had a look at the chocolates and picked up a net of gold chocolate coins with my sparks card and also apricot and Wensleydale cheese with more percent off with my sparks card so it was quite a reasonable price for all three products.

Took my daughter shopping to m,s over the weekend larger store than I thought I found it hard to get round due to being in a wheelchair apart from that found a lot of lovely clothes and accessories which were well priced and was able to see a large range of sizes. Handy parking and you will find friendly staff .

This is a great new store. It has a massive selection of food available. The staff are always friendly.
They have even made an internal entrance through to the main M&S clothes store next door so you can walk straight between the two stores. Definitely a great addition to the retail park.

Lovely clean shop and the staff are so helpful and extremely nice. Especially Jenny. Lovely woman who went above and beyond to help me . She found the items online and ordered them for the next day . All without any effort at all. I hadn’t shopped in M&S for years , but after that experience , I’ll be there frequently now. Jenny is a credit to your store and I for one will never forget such a lovely , patient lady . Thank you Jenny Your an amazing lady xx

Had bra fitting with Rita, what a lovely lady, very experienced, made myself and daughter feel relaxed and pampered whilst trying on bras.. Thank you

There was a long queue at the self service checkout.

A lovely gentleman called David helped me by scanning my items in. I also witnessed him help an elderly lady with her shopping.

Lovely shopping experience today. The staff were amazing, very very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There were no queues, plenty of staff on the shop floor to help you. Plenty of stock in all departments & staff were quick to order items for customers. It was a pleasure to visit there.

Lost my phone in store yesterday morning. Obviously in a total panic. But one of the super store staff was amazing,Clare Mack, she hunted all through the departments for over half an hour, looked at all the rails I'd been at and finally found it!! I was so grateful i couldn't stop hugging Clare. Sorry Clare. You're amazing. Great customer service. Well done M&S and i hope you appreciate your fab, helpful staff.

Never have any problems at this store. A big shout out to one lady on the tills in the food hall, Lorraine. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always has a lovely smile

Good shop in general but clothes I feel are a bit dated. Need to cater for a more fashionable selection. Don't want to feel like a great Grannie prefer to feel younger I.e.lovely materials like the youngsters but a middle aged plus generation.

Can get VERY busy at peak times. The food department is always well stocked, the staff are always very helpful and polite.
If they haven't got your size you can order for delivery to the store.

The usual excellent planning for social distancing. Excellent foods, shelves full even at late hour. Got all we wanted nice chat with friendly cashier. All I would expect from MS

Excellent morning in M&S today. First vanilla flat white there since March. Great to see staff Laura and Tash and like the refurbishment. Bargains on top and shoes. Good to be back in Aintree Retail Park 😌

I only buy things here that I can't get on other places. This time I was buying their own brand digestive biscuits, but it won't be for long as they have gone up 10p a pack in a month. They were good but not that good.

Good choice of products. Lovely helpful staff. Got outfit for grandaughter for Christmas. Had a warm mince pie with clotted cream and a coffee. Feeling festive

Love M&S. Have just bought new bath mats. They have a good selection of household goods. Buy most of my clothes there. Will be sad time when they close and have food only . Iconic shop.

Bought a couple of clothes bargains & did my food shopping. Felt safe. Staff ensuring social distancing and very polite and helpful. Plenty of choice and temptation.
