Picked us up from heathrow for very reasonable fare considering amount of luggage space needed, vehicle was very nice, driver was there on time, a lovely lady and she called to let us know where to meet just as we were collecting our suitcases. It nice to have such a pleasant and professional completion of such a long journey, will use them again every time

I’ve been in many taxis but this in my opinion is the best taxi company I’ve ever had the privilege of coming into contact with. They are so friendly, they have tremendous customer-service skills and they are all really down to Earth and always going above and beyond to provide high quality service for me. I really appreciate the work they do.

The Hertford Taxi Company have been amazing in arranging a regular taxi for 3 children from 3 families to get to school each morning when the school mini bus was cancelled unexpectedly. 3 weeks into the new set up and it’s going really well. They have been super flexible about where to pick up from, how to pay and even came back to collect forgotten football socks! As we have a long term booking they gave us a discount and were understanding when one of the boys didn’t have quite the right money one morning. They’ve helped us find a flexible solution to a difficult situation and we’re very grateful! :)
