Absolutely superb service. On holiday with the caravan, so not local to the area. Noticed brakes on the car making a noise. Called in the morning and they asked me if could take it in and they could advise, turned out to need new discs and pads to the rear. They ordered the parts straight away, asked me leave the car with them and then dropped me back at the campsite. Parts arrived within a few hours and they managed to fit in the replacements same day. They then bought car back to me - cannot fault their service and this is a great company who go above and beyond for their customers (old and new).
If we ever have issues whilst in the area again, they will be my first call.

What a brilliant garage. Local, family owned business. Took my Japanese import van there and they changed my alternator within a couple of hours. I shall definitely go to them in future. A very friendly, professional garage. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Outstanding people and service.
Popped in after arriving in town for the week with an engine light on after the long drive. Despite being fully booked, they squeezed me in, did a diagnostic check, test drive and sent me on my way with a very reasonable bill and the reassurance to come back if the light came back on.
Beyond grateful, if only service existed like this everywhere. And still no light back on!

Always get a warm friendly welcome on turning up with the car, a few times I have had an emergency and Chris and Caroline have accommodated us straight away, excellent service as always. I always recommend CJ Motors when anyone asks.

Great garage took the daughters car there as we could hear a noise from the breaks.he advised us that the brakes would need doing back and front but not straight away. And to see how you got on but we have decided to have the front ones done.first as the back would last a bit longer.highly recommend

Had a strange noise coming from my wheel on way to work....turned up without an appointment, explained the issue and they managed to fit me in despite a really busy schedule and managed to get the problem fixed just in time for me to head home....great service!

A hidden gem.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful on the three occasions I have dealt with them so far. You get a really (really!) warm welcome, sensible pricing, and just an exemplary service overall.

ATS quoted me £120+ for a wheel bearing replacement as I had play in my wheel which I happily booked.

On the off chance I googled local garages to see if I could find a garage close to home. I came across C J Motors.

I phoned C J Motors at 5.20pm yesterday evening with my issue.The lovely lady I spoke to said she would find a price and call me back if any of their suppliers were open.(Bare in mind that they close at 5.30pm)

I had a call just after half 5 with a price and to see if I could pop down in morning to have a quick look at the car.

Long story short the bearing was fine and the issue was a loose nut. I was not charged by C J Motors for the diagnosis or time spend to check!!C J Motors have saved me £120+ minimum!!!

Very knowledgeable staff who are clearly very honest!!They could have easily charged me for work that didn't need doing!I will most definitely be taking my car for tyres/servicing or any mechanical work that needs doing in the future.

This garage gives more customer service than any other I have used. I will have no problem using them in the future, and confident they will do a good job.
