I honestly don’t know how I survived without Sam in my life! She has transformed my hamstring injury to the point where I no longer even have to think about it or worry about it and can dance full out without fear of injury.

Not to mention she is the warmest person you could ever meet. Immediately put me at ease with her infectious smile and lovely personality! Very different to my previous experiences, you can’t help but love her.

Honestly can’t recommend her enough. I’ll be a client for life! 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Slogan fitness has been my support and constant through the last few years. Sam’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition is fantastic. She is always there to help with ideas, information and friendly advice to improve and tweak my day to day routine to make me feel the best I have ever felt.
Sam is a fantastic sport massage therapist too, I have had issues with sciatic and with her knowledge of the anatomy and experience in Pilates I can manage the pain so much better. ☺

What can I say about Sam? She’s motivating, encouraging and always there for you on your fitness journey. After doing years of classes with Sam and now the Lift Lean programmes, I am always amazed at the results but more importantly, how I *feel*. My life has changed for the better; confidence is sky high, clothes fit better, I eat so much better plus I get lovely comments too! Just an all-round excellent lifestyle choice, highly recommend!!

Sam is amazing, she inspires me to push myself harder and further than I sometimes think possible. I've done a variety of classes with Sam over the last 6 years and she has never disappointed. I have recently also had a sports massage for a shoulder injury which was very good and made a big difference to my pain. Sam is so knowledgeable and genuinely wants the very best for everyone she works with. Her positivity shines through and is infectious for those around her. Without sounding dramatic Slogan fitness has changed my life. I started with Pilates which changed my posture so I actually became taller ! Sam, who can be so encouraging, then gave me the confidence to try weights. I started very cautiously with small weights but discovered I loved it and for the first time ever I have not only exercised on a daily basis but I quickly increased my weights to far heavier than I ever imagined!! Sam has also changed the way I approach food and I have a much healthier approach now. Sam is the best trainer I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable friendly and professional. I would recommend her to anyone , no matter what your age health or experience is : give her a try. !

Before the pandemic, I had been attending Sam's Buggy Beat and Yoga classes. Loved them, and loved her style of teaching. When the lockdown hit in 2020, it felt only natural to join her online in her studio - a place full of amazing workouts. It wasn't until March 2021 when I tried her Lift Lean programme and it changed my life. Changed my mental attitude towards food and from that, and the workouts everyday, I have been able to get into shape. I'm the slimmest and fittest I've ever been and I can't thank Sam enough!

After several “get fit” attempts over the years (the gym, running, diet groups, shakes) I was recommended Sam’s Lift Lean programme and haven’t looked back since! Sam’s programmes are always varied, her knowledge about nutrition/exercise/lifestyle is brilliant - and she always “keeps it real” Sam is so authentic and fabulous. The group chats are a great support too. Right from the start it’s never felt like I don’t belong or can’t do it. Lift Lean isn’t a quick fix, but most of it is easy sustainable changes and you notice results quickly - inches lost and increased energy.

Sam gives all her energy and commitment to helping us all succeed with her programmes. She’s there seven days a week with a workout and briefing to keep us all on track. She goes completely above and beyond!

I started the lift lean programmes with Sam end of last year and I highly recommend them. The workouts are daily and they are all different and we get nutrition advise daily too. The results I have seen are amazing. Highly recommended

Sam is just excellent, so committed, delivering a really professional service but with a very personal touch. Great routines with good variety to keep the interest and noticeable results. No hesitation in recommending.
