Louis Fish Bar

Lovely chips from here today, freshly cooked to perfection. Plenty of them too, just right for my lunch. Polite, friendly staff with a smile. I don't live locally but if I ever need a bag of chips by the sea again I certainly know where to come. Thanks.

26/4/22 A great place to go and eat. Friendly, helpful staff and food that is at a reasonable price. I had Hake and chips (a Louis Fish Bar Special)with mushy peas, my son had fish cake in a bun and chips with curry sauce with 2 bottles of water. This came in at just over £16 which is cheaper than anywhere near me. The Hake was excellent, cooked really well, nice and flaky fish with a crunchy batter. I would highly recommend a visit, I will definitely go back next time in the area.

Food is really good, tried a few different things on the menu now and everything has been good.

The best chippie in the area. Great food,polite staff..never had a bad meal from here,drive past many chippies to go this one. Good portion size and always fresh. Good affordable prices too.

Food is amazing the wraps are grate. They are. Helpful to the. Diet needs. My sister is on a carnivore diet and they even cater for her. Thank you so much

This is a takeaway but has a couple of tables where we ate. Three of us had the cod special which was freshly cooked and delicious.

I've lived on Canvey Island for 25 years and I've never tasted better fish and chips anywhere else than Louis Fish Bar. Even back when he was at Islanders he was the best.

Good value for money and in my opinion one of the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Definitately recommended.

Found the staff very helpful and friendly. Great service and busy. So guess this is a popular place for fish n chips. I had southern fried chicken n chips and must say I really enjoyed it. Recommend this place, if looking for a nice chip shop.
