Everything you could possibly need for a camping trip is in here! I just got my first gas BBQ and the staff were very helpful and explained everything clearly. Will definitely go back for a refill when the time comes, or a tent if we need one! 😄

I have memories of visiting Camping and General with my parents from 20 years ago when getting bits for their caravan. I visited recently and was amazed at how much stuff and variety they have in the store. The kids had a good look round the tent displays and gave me lots of hints to which ones they wanted me to buy them!

We bought a new Awning. On our first outing, it was found to have a broken zip. Their response to resolve this was first class!

OK if you want it straight away perfect. A bit pricey get it cheaper on line but you have to wait. Very knowledgeable staff and helpfull. Good carpark.

Fantastic place there everything you need for camping or outdoors wear prices of really good cheaper than the internet I find my string broke on are pole for a tent and we thought it was going to cost quite a bit but he gave us our own kit to fix it or he charged a small amount to fix it there and pick up later was really pleased as new campers it was nice to know information

Excellent shop for all things camping. My partner visited for some hi-visibility stuff as i do alot of nighttime winter work & im extremely impressed with the quality & pricing of everything. Will be returning often. Parking is never an issue with an unrelated cafe in the car park which is nice. Staff are very friendly in store.

This place is amazing, and prices so good.

We arrived just as they had closed but on learning we had driven for 2 hours to get there we were able to exchange the wrongly sized awning we had ordered. Fantastic customer service. Would wholeheartedly recommend them and we would now go nowhere else for future purchases.
