Was a visitor to the area and had a broken iPhone screen, phoned these guys and they sorted me out. Very pleasant, helpful and professional. Highly recommended

Took in my child’s iPad for new battery, same day repair.
Even required extra work due to the chassis being bent, I was explained thoroughly the work that was carried out and not charged extra. Recommended for any repair work.

Had a very perplexing issue with a relatively unused phone. Tom and the team are knowledgeable, customer focused, and not out to rip people off. They did everything possible to get my phone working again- at no extra cost to the original repair cost- which was more than reasonable in the first instance! My charger port broke last night. I phoned the Rugeley branch first thing and they were very kind, informative and eager to help. The phone was fixed by lunchtime the same day and they were able to do so for a very reasonable price, which was amazing. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area. They were great all round, for customer service, skill, trustworthiness and price. I appreciated their service very much.

Fantastic service from Tom yesterday. Went in to get 2 new phones and all sorted very quickly. He swapped everything over from the old phones to the new ones and helped set up all our Apps etc. Highly recommend him.

I needed a SIM card for my personal Wi-Fi device. The guys sorted this for me in no time at all. Set up the new card for me, gave me advice on how to use it, and off I went, all done in 10 minutes that would have taken me a morning or an afternoon to sort. Absolutely brilliant, cant recommend them highly enough.

iPhone battery replacement . Top class & friendly service . Dropped phone off with Tom at 1130 collected it at 1215 working perfectly now .

I cracked my s21 ultra screen poped down to phonehouse and they ordered one in came really fast and dropped my phone off and came back in 2 hours to a brand new screen looks amazing. customer service was excellent definitely recommend for any screen replacement

My phone wouldn't charge at all. Took it to a few other places that said it would need a new charging port at a cost £60. Took it here and they quickly identified it needed a service for £20. Very knowledgeable and good quick service. Would definitely recommend

Been using this shop now for numerous years. Tom is fantastic, really tries to get you the best deal and so patient. Even with me forgetting all my passwords etc he still sorted me out with a new phone/deal. Highly recommend.
