Absolutely shocking care, rang ambulance and left my mother in a soiled condition for 11 hours, so bad the amazing staff at the hospital have raised safeguarding concerns. Family not contacted and my mother passed away, she had pneumonia and sepsis. Treated disgracefully by the Manager of home and to top it off my mothers wedding rings have been stolen. Please do not send anyone to this place should be shut down.
