Very helpful from the initial telephone call. I liaised with Gemma who was able to arrange a timely assessment date. They were able to accommodate our patients needs. Tom who completed the assessment was amazing. He was very thorough when explaining the description of the assessment and suitable chair. He was able to answer all the questions our patient had and provided reassurance throughout. Tom was able to arrange a speedy delivery which was greatly appreciated. The chair has had a very positive impact on our patients quality of life and he is very pleased with the service and product. We continue to think very highly of Accora and will continue to use in the future

As an Occupational Therapist Accora is an excellent armchair provider. Their reps are extremely helpful in choosing the correct and suitable chair for each client. They also have their own very experienced Occupational Therapist attached to their company should anyone need further specialised advice. Their chairs are wonderful and all my clients have been extremely satisfied with them

Engineer called to say what time he would arrive. Arrived on time was very friendly, polite and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. Would gladly have the Engineer back again. He is a credit to your company. Would recommend to family and friends.

Have taken delivery of my first chair this month - bit of a daunting experience. It was delivered by the local provider's warehouse manager and his trainee, with no OT or other professional present. I wasn't given the user manual and can't see how to lower the castors. Started to feel very anxious ...

Fortunately I had a quick look on the Accura website, and had an extremely helpful and supportive online chat which quickly solved my problems. Manual emailed to me yesterday and hard copy should arrive tomorrow. I feel totally reassured that Accura will be there whenever I need them.

Would highly recommend this company, their Produce Specialist Chris Seal, was very knowledgeable about the product theatnd chair that would best benefit my mum thexctheellent customer service. There was no hard sell to buy the chair, Chris demonstrated the chair and emailed the quote then left it to us to place the order if we required. There was no need for any hard sell as the product sold its self. We phoned the order through on Tuesday and chair is being delivered on Monday another excellent service. Thank you Accora team

I have two chairs now, including one in my specially adapted van. The chairs are comfortable, robust and the customer service is second to none! Highly recommended if you require a specialist seating solution.

We needed a riser recliner chair quickly for a family member and the whole Accora team were so helpful from getting an assessment appt quickly to speedy delivery. Anthony went above and beyond to help, and we are very happy with the service we received.

My son took delivery of his chair from Accora yesterday. We chose a different colourway to the standard one so therefore had to be made especially. Chair arrived within a month of ordering and was efficiently delivered yesterday. Son now sitting much more comfortably and can get out of chair much easier using the tilt mechanism. Declan has the patience of a saint! He was kind and attentive and nothing was too much for the client who had very specific and complex needs. Very grateful to have him with us.
Further to this he showed his care and dedication when a client was in distress he went above and beyond to get out and get the seat just right.
The product - the advance chair is a great base. The drop down arms are just magical! I think the main areas for development that could come from the visit would be a review into head support options- perhaps along the lines of the laterals but on a head rest designed to improve head alignment and perhaps the option for an integrated Chon support

My Accora Configura lift chair is an essential part of my life, both for resting during the day and often sleeping at night, it makes my neuropathy tolerable. Service here in Syndey is excellent. One of my best buys.

Accora have provided very informative and engaging training webinars by Jenny Rolfe, at times I found it tricky to sign up on the website but when I emailed the team they kindly sent out easy to use links so that I didn't miss particular sessions.

This company understands the customer needs and is very capable. The product is comfortable, sturdy and finnished to a high standard. The riser/recliner was delivered, assembled and its operation expained to me. This was an a profesion service from start to finnish

My Accora chair failed and I asked Accora if they would kindly repair it. They did so the following day and I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency of their service.
